If your July orders got lost......what do you think happened to may March order ......maybe it was ordered and delivered in some other dimension But on the serious note - how is it possible in this day and age to order a 30K+ car and not have a single information for more than 10 months? Even the smallest parts (semiconductors, coils etc..) have serial numbers on them and you can track your order in real-time. I just don't get it...

Had a talk with my dealer today. Still no date for the car.. No vin number either in the system... Ordered 10th March.....

Same here... Spoke to dealer today, still no news. 9 months and counting.... 😂

I guess Slovenia is on the third country party list - or our market is to small to matter....

I wasn't expecting that either - so what would you take instead? In this price range and with similar performance?

I ordered my vRS in red - but the color was discounted so I had to change it - my son picked BLACK so black, on black, on black....

Just spoke to my dealer. My car is on the critical car list - meaning I have specification they cannot deliver at this time. The problem are side assist system and rearview camera. He said if I want the car without this I will get it sooner. But he doesn't know how much sooner or when. So I guess my 8 month waiting period will extend for some time. I got the feeling that the car will not be done this year......

Black VRS TDI hatch

Today is 8 months since I ordered mine, still no word from dealer.....

11.11.2021 Will be 8 months since I ordered mine. Was quoted 5 months at first, maximum 6....so now I`m going on eight and still no date or anything in the system or from the dealer. He did call me last week if I want to take VRS TSI 245 estate in white - but my order is VRS TDI hatch in black, so I told him no. And the price went up quite a lot.

Lucky you Congrats I ordered my in March and still no build date. What version did you order and what color?

I really have to think about it - I like this car a lot and nothing comes close to the price/performance it offers. So either I wait, or I buy something completely different other dealers have on stock. Only problem I have with waiting is that my current car has already 240.000 km and would need new tires and some stuff to repair/fix....

Spoke to my dealer yesterday. All the cars ordered will have massive delays. My was ordered March 11th, first date was second part of August, but now the dealer says it will have a longer delay. He suspects the car will not be delivered this year (but this is not confirmed). That sucs, honestly dont know what to do....Cancel or wait

I just got an update from my dealer. So my car was ordered on March 10th. There is still no confirmed date yet. But the car is going to be model year 2022 - which means that the RED colour I choose is no longer an option so I have to pick another colour. Mamba green is available.... @TheUltraRunnershould I go for it

Conrgats - i ordered on the 11th march - my dealer said that there is no confirmed date yet, but the approx date is second part of August...

I will talk to my dealer today - but as @TheUltraRunner suggested I have to check live images first. Renders are not always accurate.

@Col46Dude...I´m mad I even opened your post. See the thing is...I ordered may RS in march. The regular colours were white, meteor gray and red. I choose red, cause I think it looks amazing. BUT, BUT...since you said thet the grey was no longer availiable for you, I went to check if it is still availiable for my market (Slovenia).....and it˙s not. BUt, BUT, BUT - guess what - now the regular colour which is availiable is MAMBA GREEN!!!!!!!! And this in my oponion looks just bonkers.....F**k... Now I have to contact my dealer to se if I can change my order So my opinion ..RED is beautifull - but MAMBA GREEN.....oh my....absolutely amazing
