Skoda Kodiaq Haldex Service
Sorry to hijack the thread, but you mention the differential and I'm having a really hard time working out what oil to buy for a 60k change (along with one for the front transfer box which is supposed to be lifetime...). I know they take a litre each (less for the front box) Do you have any insight into part numbers or spec please? Might this work.... https://m.autodoc.de/febi-bilstein/1888560

Parking pilot issues
Hi all I have been through the manual back to front and Googled this to death to no avail.... I purchased a used NS7 DFHA Kodiak which came with a towbar and trailer park assist (the system where you can twist the windscreen mirror knob to steer a trailer). So, when I press the park pilot button (the usual button you see on VWs and Skodas with the steering wheel icon) the car flags and error on the dot matrix display saying 'no trailer detected', and won't engage park pilot unless it does detect a trailer. Please could someone help me understand if it's possible to change the system to just engage use park pilot without a trailer, as I never tow a trailer and would rather have the benefit of the automatic parking. (All the motors, sensors and servos are present as the car will auto move the steering wheel and position when a trailer is connected). Thanking you in advance....!

Engine blow by detected
Sorry to resurrect this - I've got coolant entering the oil somehow, as there is mail on the dipstick even after hot runs. If I unscrew the oil fillet cap it dances around violently even at idle, I only get suction down into its seating at higher revs. I also have light smoke coming out with a definite pulsing. I've run head gaskets block tests on the coolant system and it doesn't seem to be a head gasket failure, do you think the above is still consistent with normal diesel engines? I have the ns7 2.0 140/190 version. Thank you in advance for any response... I'm literally tearing my hair out trying to find a solution and praying it's not excessive engine blow by. Cars 2018 with 60,000 miles on it and incredibly regular oil changes.

Oil heat exchanger fittings (HELP!)
Dear all I've the dreaded slow leak of coolant into the oil (think mayo on the dipstick/filler cap after even long runs and if sat cold, and slow loss of coolant). I've checked gases and don't think it's a head gasket. So I've picked up a Febi oil cooler body and aluminium heatsink (apologies to anyone offended by my lack of using VW parts!). However, whether buying VW or not, the cooler heat exchanger doesn't come with any fittings. It takes 5x bolts direct into the engine block but no matter where I look/phone, I can't seem to find anyone who can identify what bolts I need before I take the cooler off (which I don't want to do until I have the fittings!). They're torque+90 degree twist so they are single use bolts. Please could anyone advise on what x5 bolts I need for a DFHA 2.0 140/190 engine's oil heat exchanger body to crankcase?

Which brake pads
Dear all Long time no see. I hope all's well. I'm changing out the pads on the 18' reg Kodiaq and note there are two sizes of front pad (per websites which take the registration). Could anyone do me a huge favour and tell me which size pads I have, based on the VIN? I'm a bit stuck otherwise, as I can't get a pad off to measure it until the new ones are ordered and ready to be fitted... Thank you as always, Amy.

Kodiaq parts list
Dear all I'm sorry if this is a repeat request - I have tried searching as many posts as I could first! I'm trying to work out which virtual cockpit part I need for a 2018 Kodiaq (I can provide the VIN if needed). There are variants from 3V0920790 to 3V0920790A to 3V0920790D. I understand from a previous post that the 'D' variant is for 2020+ only. Please could someone advise on where I could go to find the parts list for my particular car? Very best, A. P.S. I have successfully now turned on TSR on my 2018 model. If anyone needs a hand/working out equipment please do shout up and I can pay it forward.

Traffic sign recognition coding and OBDeleven
Thanks, Langers. I don't want to be controversial but thinking of using OBDEleven, to try coding with s view to getting a Ross Tec cable. At present I'd be looking for OBDEleven code. I'll get an auto scan but understand stand I have all the modules required. Thank for the reply and very best

Traffic sign recognition coding and OBDeleven
Hi both. Sorry to resurrect a thread - I'm doing this too. Did you try it and is there a confirmed long code that will work on a 2018 model? Best

Retrofitting Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
Sorry to resurrect this topic guys (about me down if you'd rather I start a new one). I'm looking at fitting ACC to a 2018 Kodiaq (it has front assist). I'm looking at the Kuf kit but hoping someone can point me in the direction of someone who can unlock the software side instead? (I can get eBay stalks). I'm also struggling to work out if the mod will work in the UK and how to tell if I have the right ABS module? I'm guessing the latter is readable via the OBD port? Thanks guys, the Mrs really wants me to get this sorted (newborn now here!) So any pointers would really help. Best
