  3. I cannot seem to understand the function of this piece, is it a pcv? I already connected an oil catch can to the pipe that goes to the turbo. Can i just put a breather filter instead of plumbing it back to the intake?

  5. Hello guys , did anyone try a K&N or BMC drop in filter with the 1.4 turbo swap? Is it worth the money ? I tried some stupid custom intake, and actually got +10hp and 20NM in low range, and lost 20hp at high range. The increase in the low rpm is very noticeable and wondered if i can get the same with the K&N.

  7. Hi guys , waiting for this bad boy to be fitted with a custom airbox ( mst style) Anyways, do you guys know of any compatible turbo blanket ? The only ones i found were compatible with golf gti ,R , S3,Cupra. (Why turbo blanket? Well hotter hot side=quicker spool, and colder cold side=cooler air)
  8. Maybe the turbos blew up because of the aggressive maps , 300Nm and 180hp is maybe a bit much (same power with stage1 1.4 150hp !! The 1.2 is smaller, so to get that kind of power you need more boost than a stage1 1.4 = turbo fail) , most 1.4 turbo swaps are tuned to 160hp, 250 Nm.

  10. If you can get a hybrid one, get it. But yes they will fit if your engine is ea211. With stock 105hp map, you will feel lot of lag, but you will get 130hp, 200Nm at the dyno. Remapped with 90 Ron and catless downpipe you will get stable 150hp and 240Nm , still you will loose on the low end torque. @Monkey_Danwhat supporting mods except the downpipe and intake ?

  12. Standard 1.2 tsi 105 hp , catless downpipe, 1.4 turbo 140hp+custom tune. Tuner said HPFP is not following.

The reason i'm looking to upgrade the fuel system is because the car is very limited with fuel, the fluctuation you see on my dyno chart are caused by the fuel system trying to follow, it just can't with 90 RON ( maybe less) . I'm not trying to achieve 200hp, just wanting to optimize this setup, low end torque is my goal.
  14. Hello guys, does anyone know if the golf R injectors/ rail can fit the 1.2 tsi ? ( i can get them from a crashed R) or what are the available solutions to upgrade the injectors and the HPFP ? Thank you
  15. 150 hp , 240 Nm that's the max with very bad quality fuel.
