Steering wheel options on Enyaq
I've not driven an Enyaq without it so hard to compare. I will say though that for a 2.5 tonne car, the steering is nice and light, and makes it very easy to manoeuvre at any speed. Coupled with the tight turning circle, steering around town is no problem at all.

Steering wheel options on Enyaq
I got the package not for the 3 spoke wheel (although I do prefer it) but because it also comes with progressive steering.

Delivery lead-time
My dealer has actually been giving me weekly updates my email. I've not actually had to chase them at all.

Parking package plus?
I suspect that the answer to that would be not likely, especially given the required hardware change. I asked if it would be possible to upgrade from Assisted Drive Basic to Plus at a later date and Skoda confirmed that would not be possible, and yet that seems to be more just a software configuration. To be honest, I have area parking view on my current car, and I really don't use it anywhere near enough to warrant the extra cost that Skoda wanted to charge for it.

Delivery lead-time
I finally have an update from Skoda. My iV80 which had a build week of 28, has now actually been finished and is currently sat at Emden waiting for shipping. And now I've just realised that I've told this forum before telling my wife!

Full Skoda Enyaq review after 4500miles (or 7200 km).
For those of you using EV Notify, which ODB Dongle are you using?

Delivery lead-time
Well I ordered on 16 June, and was given a build week of 28 (mid to late July). Since then I have repeatedly been informed that it is "in production". So presumably all built and just waiting some semiconductors. Frustrating wait though. And it's getting to the point that I really need it to arrive.

Delivery lead-time
Well that's interesting. I ordered my iV80 a couple of days before that, but seemingly it is stuck in production still rather than on its way to the port.

Has anyone’s Enyaq been built but awaiting final part … and now been completed?
So my vehicle was shown as build week 28 (2 weeks ago). I've just had an update that it is in production but still showing the build week as having been 28. That suggests to me that it is all but finished other than maybe waiting for a final part.

Electric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice scheme
I had a long look at these schemes when my company was planning to announce one. They are definitely HMRC approved, and for the most part should save you money compared to a standard lease without the tax benefit. There are a couple of things I would note though to check. Firstly, these schemes are usually agreed with a single lease provider, so it is likely that the gross monthly rate before your tax benefit could well be more than you could fine a comparable deal on the same car through a leasing broker. As a result, your actual savings will not usually be the full theoretical amount of your tax savings. I even saw some examples (including on an Enyaq) where even after tax, the monthly costs was still more than a lease sourced through a broker without any tax benefit. So do a price comparison as well as just looking at the monthly tax savings. The other thing to look at is what happens if you leave the company, at either yours or the company's choice. Some of these schemes will then default the lease back to yourself individually, so you are stuck paying the balance of the lease but without the tax benefit. That was the arrangement that my company were offering so I stayed well clear as the gross lease rates were so uncompetitive. On the other hand, I do know some people that are paying very low monthly rates after tax to the point that over a period of three years, they are paying out less for a lease car than they would have lost in depreciation had they bought one outright.

Delivery lead-time
Well I've just been told that my order has moved up from build week 29 to week 28 instead. Presumably that just means one day earlier in reality though.

Delivery lead-time
I ordered on 14th June and was told build week 29 - I'm not ocnvinced though reading through what other people on here have been told. They don't appear to place orders in a direct queue, so maybe they produce batches of 80s and 60s separately.

Enyaq iV Owners Register
So thanks to the extension of the ULEZ up to the North Circular Road, I need to get rid of my 9 year old BMW X3. I've placed an order for an Enyaq iV80 Loft. I already have one electric car (Renault Zoe) so know what I'm getting into, but needed a bigger car for the family and longer journeys up to Newcastle. Enyaq iV 80 Quartz Grey 19" Wheels (I actually think they look better with the Quartz Grey anyway, putting aside the increased efficiency and ride comfort) Heat Pump 125kWh DC charging Climate Pack Comfort Seat Pack Convenience Pack Drive Sport Pack Family Pack (it's an expensive option just to get USB C chargers in the back for the teenagers though) Assisted Drive Pack Been told that I am build week 29, so should theoretically would be produced end July and in the country mid August, but seeing what other people have been told for the same build week, I'm not getting overly optimistic that I see it then. As long as I get it before OCtober 21, as I don't really want to have to pay £12.50 per day just to drop the kids at school and go to Tesco.
