Aha, well I have never heard it so I cant comment! my TDI is ridiculously quiet so after getting it mapped I want to be able to hear it in sport mode when using the paddles, I may actually hate it but you never know!

Hi all, My last post I said my vrs sound actuator wasn't working so followed some advice and bought an odbeleven, checked the system and got the screens below, I also removed the cover near the wipers and found the unit is plugged in OK, The problem is no matter what I do I don't get any engine sounds? Any advice on what could be my next step as it says its working fine on the odbeleven, I did read somewhere about the voltage can be changed to 12v to stop it working but have no idea if that is it or where to find the setting, Any help appreciated

Cheers mate, I would have just assumed it would have found it as a fault/ ie not plugged in????

Can anyone advise, so I got an odbeleven, found the setting, and it says its already at 100%, shows no faults, does this mean someone unplugged it even though it shows these screens? As it's still not working Thanks in advance

Mines the same, has the 2018/19 model got more insulation? Hence why I want mine turning back up,

That's why I want the sound turning back on, there's no option to do so in the asmusdson system, plus I am also looking for a compatable induction kit for that wooshing sound,

Hi, Thanks for the reply, Yeah I know where it is ie the top level code I just don't have the box to do it, didn't really want to pay £80+ for the box just to do one code if I can nip somewhere and get it done a lot cheaper i would prefer that,

Hi everyone, my first post, New to skoda and bought a 2018 vrs tdi dsg, loving it so far, so much so I already got a stage one done. Anyway............. Seen a few posts about the sound generator and turning it off? Mine has already been turned off by a previous owner! So I was hoping someone can help with turning it back on? I'm in Doncaster, anyone local who can access the car with obdeleven? Thanks in advance, appreciated
