  1. Called Skoda Newcastle today and was told there is no software updates for the Enyaq.
  2. I have mananged to kerb all of my 21" Alloys. Can you get these repaired since they are the diamond cut ones I believe? I am in North East England.
  3. Anyone else having issues with Apple Carplay wireless streaming music from Apple getting long pauses in tracks? If not attached to Carplay the phone plays music without pause.
  4. Anyone else find their Lumbar controller leaver falls out of the seat easily?
  5. Is there anyone else that was convinced (told or saw) that both sides of the optional telephone box had a wireless charger, not just the right hand side?
  6. Why does the rear arm rest not have a loop to help pull it down, other Skoda models do. I am also convinced that I saw a pen holder in the cup bit but mine does not have one.

Does the Enyaq have the option for the pop up door protectors seen on other Skoda models like the Kodiaq. The ones that when you open a door a plastic protector pops up and moves in front of paint work to stop you bumping it on walls etc.
  8. Did you buy the accessories from the dealer? Got mine from dealer and they were all fitted apart from mud flaps which I bought cheaper online. Biggest rip off is granny charger, it would take so long to charge its not worth it. Shame they dont do a rear bumper protector as a plastic film as they do for the cills. Bought one from ebay but it just would not stick down.
  9. Is it possible to have the Enyaq display a more normal display of car mileage, something like total mileage, miles since last trip reset, miles this journey etc

Do not buy an Enyaq. I have bought an Enyaq 60 IV. So intelligent that as it came with 21inch alloys it apparently does not need a tool kit to remove the wheels. So have to buy a tyre iron, jack, and plastic wheel nut removal tool to get the wheels off. Also does not have an app for it, well it just does not work. Cannot tell if my £1000 heat pump is in the vehicle.
  11. Since getting my Enyaq the MySkoda app has not allowed Smart Schedules, just says Important Warning, the operation was unseccessful. Please contact infoline. Where do I find the infoline? Also just found my lumbar control handle for the driver seat on floor.
  12. Picked up car on 1 December 2021. Its excellent.
  13. I was told by dealer you dont get warning triangle or 1st aid kit in UK. Toolkit if you have 21" wheels is a locking wheel nut adapter and a towing eye, as the tyres have some sort of liquid sealant floating around inside.
  14. Can I ask what other UK owners have received in the boot in the form of tool kit and emergency equipment. I have a non variable floor model 60 and got the tow eye but no emergency equipment or tyre pump. https://digital-manual.skoda-auto.com/w/en_GB/show/13cc05eccbfb79b82bcc9cdbf6c01d33_4_en_GB?ct=13cc05eccbfb79b82bcc9cdbf6c01d33_4_en_GB#titled9380298e120424 https://digital-manual.skoda-auto.com/w/en_GB/show/9439a54925498b5289e19ecef74e3be6_11_en_GB?ct=9439a54925498b5289e19ecef74e3be6_11_en_GB#titled9380298e120673
  15. Has anyone used https://www.skodapartsireland.ie/ for Skoda Spares? They stock Enyaq mudflaps at half the price of the accessories brochure.
  16. Did you put USB sockets in armrest? How did you get from socket through, is it easy? Did you just put a 12v socket USB adapter in socket and feed USB wires through?
  17. If you ordered a car and signed a deal it should not matter if they change the spec later, you should get what you ordered.
  18. Spoken to Skoda, my car was started in week 34 in build, still in production with no end date in sight. This means that the dealer cannot deliver on its promised time, so I can cancel.
  19. Spoke to Skoda UK, very helpful, said I can see the Factory confirmed build week 34, this means production will have started 23rd - 29th August. Your car is midproduction at the moment due to a shortage of semiconductors. We appreciate this is frustrating and I am sorry. They then said when it goes to next phase of delivery it will be shippoing which takes 7-8 weeks. Howvever the current stage with no semiconductors, nobody knows how long.
  20. I was told by Skoda UK I would need the order number, Newcaslte Skoda said I could not have the order number.

Can I ask how long it took to get your car from the build date. I was told build date of 6th September but dealer does not know if they have started or when it will arrive. I think it will just now be a suprise if it is black or chrome. But Skoda Newcastle still say as does the web site and the brochure chrome only with 21 wheels. Have you seen know the price increases to wheels and chrome etc?
  22. How do you find out what state the build is at? and who from?
  23. I was given Week 36 as my build week from the dealer, how can I find out if its happening etc?
  24. Why on the model 80 are the tyres different sizes front and rear, but on the 60 they are both the same? Audi also do this. 235/45 r21 Front and 255/40 r21 rear on 80 235/45 r21 Front and 235/45 r21 rear on 60
  25. I have orderd a 60 and I am changing from a 2019 Sorento GT-Line. I no longer need 7 seats. We had already purchased a MINI electric and I am convinced on electric. I wanted to stay in the reasonable price range and wanted an SUV. Tried the Audi Q4 and I prefered the Enyaq, apart from the door handle thing. The Audi also had the same awful layout for window controlls and heated mirror as Skoda but nearly went for it due to the cheapest most plastic door thing ever seen. Both have a very flat long dash. Skoda won due to government discount, Skoda contribution to PCP and the dealer discount I got. I was not please that because I wanted bigger alloys I had to accept the chrome trim.
