i really dont think they are prioritising direct orders but obviously i cant say for sure. What has your broker said about not even being accepted? 2 weeks the chat has been down, i cant believe for one minute its actually genuinely broken and that they just dont want the hassle of answering people as they dont know what the hell is going on!

totally agree, world is in a mess not just my car with Skoda this i have no issue with. I've not questioned nor asked for false promises quite the opposite (albeit they have already saying on order hitting an oct delivery they wold have know of issues before then) for whilst i cant prove it there's a fair chance the system hasnt been down since last week and will all this week. Its clear info i would like. Had they said Skoda are currently re-processing orders and an update will be supplied etc.... this explains what is going on and transparency which in turn keeps trust. A simple its broken dont know doesn't.

chats still saying tracker is down and to check back next week. It was down last week doesnt take two weeks for it to be fixed. Whilst chip shortage is not their fault handling of situations such as these do no good whatsoever just delaying

its not really to do with the lead time on the skoda as that is what it is. my lease runs out this month (of course when ordering we told october delivery) so ive extended it base on my unconfirmed build week 49. however, if this is going to be delayed even further. i think id rather end the lease as originally planned, and buy a 2nd hand with the monthly payments then sell it when the skoda arrives and get some monies back. but until i know whats happening i cant make that call annoyingly

guy on skoda chat said they have yet to receive confirmation of the above but doesnt look good. ive an unconfirmed build week in Novemeber and asked what will happen if above is the case and he wouldnt say.

yeh start of june we were warned of delays and told in order to miss these delays we need to order now so we did. we knew they may be talking rubbish etc but could risk not and waiting to see. i knows there little can be done. As said by others short of buying an over inflated 2nd had car every manufacturer has the same problems so basically tough ****

Spoke to Skoda again yesterday since thursday last week my build week has been put back from Novermber to december. I was told a October delivery as my lease runs out now its looking like a feb delivery so 9 months

We've gone through using my wife's work so get good discount so will have to wait plus wana face lift
