there definately starting to move things forwards seen a few with build weeks earlier. fingers crossed peeps start seeing them rather than unicorns

got the car sportline last Wednesday passenger door had brolly, drivers door has compartment as i bought a spare of fleebay for a tenner

just have to hope they dont go to the buttonless steering wheels and controls like in the golfs and other VW as these have been slated beyond belief

Ah cool so it might be that we settle for getting in the car and selecting profile which has all the settings save to that? i need to work out how to that as when i stored the seat settings i got a beep but nothing to save it to a key or prifile

Hi All, got the car today (pics to follow). I've tried having a play with the two keys and setting up personalisation to each key like seating, mirrors, lights radio etc.... i just cant get it to work. in fact i cant even find the personalisation menu. I've gone into the car icon on the home screen then settings but theres no personalisation menu there. This is leading me to perhaps the keys havent been assigned to a user yet? I tried this and i got to the stage of pressing the unlock button on both keys. It find both keys then loads then comes back sayin unable to contact skoda? i try again and it then says key already assigned to this vehicle? im so lost and confused right now. Has anyone got a videos that may just help me out a little TIA

it was frustrating enough as the car was at the dealers 1st june PDI checks take hours max 2-3 days so i had to wait 2 weeks for them to sort that also

think the biggest change is actually supplying the cars!

My car is due for delivery wednesday they offered that date then when i chose it they asked if i could delay delivery further as they are trying to reduce their carbon foot print. I kindly pointed out i've been waiting for over 12months for the car so thats offset his carbon foot print and to give me my god damn car!

🤣 thats a great option list. i wished we'd gone tow bar. whats the travel assist. keeping price down my two must haves were virtual cockpit and sun roof i was going to say if you havent many options maybe they would push yours through but.................. if you dropped some would your dealer think it would bump you up massively?

what options have you ordered?

Is there another facelift year coming out then? or do they mean checking orders pre facelift may/june like yours (think you said April) and others after that date according to what extras can be fulfilled?

Order placed 7th June 😞 so will , I had a confirmed build week nov but the car never went in and went from confirmed build week back right to the start.

Ah mine was built and left the factory last sunday. Guess its on its way to the docks and has to wait for the next full ship to leave

:() wow, all mine to skoda uk went through my dealer and not myself so that may have been the difference? has your dealer been willing to go above and beyond to try and force almost?

I'd held off updating not to tempt fate last two weeks. Back then i checked with my dealer as i do every monday and we had our build week moved from week 39 to week 19! i checked every day last week (19) and it got to friday with it still at stage 20 not 30 so thought i would be screwed again. They build all week and it takes one day so dealer said could happen sat or sun. I checked this morning and its been built! i had feared as last year we had a confirmed build week in nov it got to that week it finsihed but the car never went into build to which skoda wouldnt say why and the order got taken off all together. I handed my lease car back two weeks also so this has come as great news. Those who havent been as lucky as me (i've still suffered more than most) keep pestering. I pestered and explained to my dealer my lease situation and other factors so he spoke to skoda uk and asked for a priority next available build week which seemed to work.

i think a software update is usually the fix but its a very very common issue with the VAG group. My tig had it garage sorted it next day i plugged my phone in using google maps and it had a funny fit crashed and the sos warning reappeared but then once google maps rebooted the warning sos light went thank god,

i'll be doing if i ever get the car. hot boiling water or hair dryer to warm the glue, fishign wire or floss to prize it off. then tar and glue remover or polsih may work. i would have thought the new badges come already to just stick on?

im nearing my 4th extension on my tig, always done 3 months and VWFS have said theres no limit. why would there be i'm smashing them hundreds of pounds whilst the car holds it value its a win win for them.

my mate picked his kodiaq sport up yesterday in black and look amazing
