Yeah. Funny thing, just before I got the car I asked them if the DRL failure goes under warranty. Like I knew this would happen 😂 Because if the DRL fails, they have to change the whole headlight. And that's super expensive.

Called them today. I'm going there on Tuesday, next week. Thankfully, this fault is covered by warranty.

Yeah.... Man. Not a whole month. Jesus f Christ. If they used some cheapo parts or whatever for the Croatian market, I wonder what's next.

Welp, I have an update. Today my front left daytime LED has died. I'm not driving the car for the whole month yet. Just incredible.

Oh, by all means - don't cancel it! I'm guessing that your dealer has guaranteed the price from the day you ordered your Scala. I'm asking because I got it for the price I ordered it in September. Just a few days before I finally got my car, out of curiosity I checked what would the price be for the very same car if I ordered it that day. Well,it was around 3k EUR more expensive.

Haha 😄 Well, I'm loving my Scala. It's just a great car. Sharp, fast, and gentle at the same time 😁 It's my first petrol-engined car ever, so I'm still adapting to it, and trying to lower fuel consumption. I actually wanted to post a screenshot of the fuel consumption from MyŠkoda app, but it wants to register my car again. Weird. But I've read that other users have the same problem. Not the most stable app out there for sure... Regarding the delivery date, try to nudge your dealer more frequently. Here in Štasni, they... required nudging because I wouldn't get any info if I didn't ask for it...

Thanks for replying. Yeah, I'm mostly driving in stop-start traffic during the working week, rarely going to 6th gear. The weekends are the times when I'm going to open road. The consumption today was actually 7,2l. Oh well.

Hi, I recently bought a Scala, 1.5 TSI manual, and this is my first car with a petrol engine, ever. Anyway, I'm slightly worried about the fuel consumption. I'm getting about 7,8-8,1 l consumption on average in urban driving. I'm rarely going on motorway. Probably a few times a month. So is this a normal real-world consumption for that engine? Managed to activate it this morning. The main issue was that the app couldn't connect to internet. It was persistently showing "can't connect to the internet, please try again later" message. Tried to connect on a different location, and I got it working. Now it works on every location. No idea... Nope, you first need to scan the chassis number via the app, and then pair it with the vehicle with the code provided in the app. Edit: perhaps in Croatia we use a different app. In the dealership they told me that I must register my car with this badly rated Android app.

All right, got my Scala today - finally 😁 Will post some pics later. I'm back on work, and I'm trying to figure out how the hell do you connect your car with that MySkoda app.

Welp, got a confirmation from my dealer yesterday. My Scala is in Croatia and should be ready sometime next week. Holy cow!

Scala doesn't sell anywhere near as good as Octavia, so they probably don't care. I'm gonna wait for next month and see if there is some concrete info. Hopefully, there will be...

Got an update from my dealer. The expected delivery for my car is April, apparently.

Yeah, I understand. I still didn't get a chassis number for my Scala. Who knows what's the order they're making those cars... Let's just keep our fingers crossed for the best outcome 😕
