Skoda Scala SEL White & Black
Thanks ! Wish I knew it was that simple. I have the manual. will order the 935kg tonight. I am going for the 40mm as it sits on stilts in my opinion !

How did you identify which eibach springs you need ? I have contacted eibach technical as there are 2 listed. The difference is the front axle payload - however the data sheet I have from Skoda simply lists “technically permissible maximum mass on each axle “ - which for mine states 900kg, whereas eibach say it should be 935 or 1010kg. so do I assume it’s the lower of the two ? don’t want to order the wrong ones ! also - where did you get the black front grille badge from ?

Ordered my Scala mid July, still no factory build week
My Scala Monte Carlo arrived today. With options fitted ordered mid October via Carwow. came last week. hang in there - they told me today it’s getting better although Scalas are harder to get than some other models.

1.5 tsi Monte Carlo

Ordered mid October and arrived today ( could have had it a week ago but I put it back to get the new reg ) very impressive build quality- first Skoda since 2007. engine is very strong - needs loosening up no doubt info system is very good - although it is a second or so slow in responding to inputs extras fitted - metallic paint, dual climate, keyless start, wireless apple car play it will have eibach springs on it as soon as I can - because it sits too high !- Skoda Scala SEL White & Black
Look forward to seeing it. your car looks fantastic - and I bet it turns heads.- Skoda Scala SEL White & Black
Will do. I think the edition S is 190bhp. I am sure this engine could be good for up to 200 - but at the moment I can only find a plug in box for it. Perhaps it’s still too new.- Skoda Scala SEL White & Black
Thanks for sending. Looks really good. Your car is giving me some ideas. Probably best to wait till It arrives first ! Regarding the rear lower bumper - would this be standard on the Monte Carlo ?- Ordered my Scala mid July, still no factory build week
Mine is built - now at the port to come to uk. So that was 28 days from start of production ordered end of October I reckon I will see it in 2 weeks perhaps.- Skoda Scala SEL White & Black
Any pics of the rear spoiler ? get my 1.5 Monte Carlo soon and will get this straight away - plus some eibachs and spacers. I’ve also contacted revo to see if they will develop some software for the 1.5.- Maxton design
Thanks. Will go for the roof extension and see how that looks. Especially with some eibachs on it.- Maxton design
I’ve noticed that maxton do a rear lip spoiler, side skirts and a rear diffuser for the Scala. Thinking of getting some or all of these for my Monte Carlo. anyone got any of these who can give a testimonial? I had the rear lip spoiler on my m140i and it was very discreet. Not too Lairy..- Ordered my Scala mid July, still no factory build week
Ordered my 1.5 tsi Monte Carlo end of October. I’ve had an email today to say it’s going into production week 1 next year. so that is pretty good. Didn’t expect it till April. does anyone know how long it takes from production (roughly ) to a uk dealer for pdi?- Scala Monte Carlo
So it seems. I am spending money having to spec up the Monte Carlo to the sel level. Such as dual climate, and wireless smart link, and keyless start. However it should be pretty good when delivered as it has the combo of both. Shame Skoda do not offer performance accessories as they could make some money here. As it is I will go to eibach for stiffer suspension and abt for some of their new styling goodies.- New member
Just ordered my brand new Scala Monte Carlo 1.5 tsi, which I will get in about 24-28 weeks… first time I’ve owned a Skoda since an Octavia in 2007 which was a company car, and I thought that was fantastic. looking forward to getting the Scala - will get some eibach springs on it as it still sits too high in my opinion, otherwise I will just enjoy it. previous car was a 400bhp m140i, so will have to get used to an adjustment in power !- Scala Monte Carlo
Thanks. Which is ironic, as the latest brochure pens the model as the flagship — which it clearly isn’t then… I am drawn to the pan roof and larger wheels and lowered suspension however, so I still think it’s a better option than the SEL.- Scala Monte Carlo
About to order one. 1.5 Tsing manual. any recommendations? Things to look out for ? was amazed that I have had to spec dual zone climate for £625 as it came with standard manual heater controls ! Which for a top spec car is poor. - 1.5 tsi Monte Carlo
