Had a call from the dealership today, I will be picking my car up sometime this week. 😁

Accessories and modifications
As soon as I have the car I’ll be swapping it out, spoke to someone about it and apparently I can swap it out for one of another VW group, the horn on my Tiguan in quite good, so I’ll probably get one of them. I’ll keep you posted.

Accessories and modifications
I have been using the usual suspects, AliExpress, eBay and my Skoda dealership.

Accessories and modifications
Has anyone bought any accessories or made any modifications to their Enyaq? The sportline I have ordered comes with black lettering on the back but the badge on the front is silver, I have been looking to either get it wrapped or change it out. I have also ordered the rubber car mats, boot liner and a bumper protector. Also looking to swap out the horn to one that doesn't sound like its from a clown car, but I will wait to see how hard it is to access it when I finally receive the car! 🤞

Delivery lead-time
I couldn't tell you as my Enyaq hasn't arrived yet. 🤦🏻 Masterplug are a big company so I don't expect it to be a bad product and I am sure the cost is still less than filling up at the pump, if not just find a local charger for the time being.

Delivery lead-time
I got a masterplug one from Screwfix for £150, didn't need it but got it just in case.

UK Options Change
So having spoke to my salesman at Skoda, he has informed me that the price is the same and what I ordered will be as is. He also stated that the price of the Enyaq has increased, but checking back they haven't changed, so as far as I am concerned I have paid £340 for something that is included, I wouldn't mind if the car has been built but according to the update its still on the production line.

Enyaq SportLine: order placed-thoughts
I also test drove the ID4 (always drove VW's) but I wasn't fussed on the look and the controls for the lights, steering wheel and entertainment where all touch which put me right off. Also test drove the Audi Q4 eTron which was really nice but the spec I wanted which is similar to the Enyaq was nearly £60k, 11k more than the Enyaq.

Enyaq SportLine: order placed-thoughts
Hi Dubincalling, I have ordered something similar, but in Quartz grey metallic and I decided against the Drive sport pack, Infotainment plus pack, Rear curtain airbags & Panoramic sunroof. But went for Transport package, Family package & 125kw charging. I test drove 2 Enyaq's one with the drive sport package and on without, I couldn't notice the difference in the short time I drove it approx 30 minutes, also the same with the Infotainment plus pack I thought it was a bit of a gimmick for around £700, I have a panoramic sunroof on my current car which I have had 2 years and I can count the number of times I have used it on one hand. The upgraded sound system option is apparently going to be available early 2022

OTA Updates
So it's just a tethered software update to enable OTA updates by the look of it, no physical parts being changed. No mention of the scheduled updates. VAG seems a bit fractured as Malakim said like android, but since they are providing the hardware and software should be more in sync like apple.

OTA Updates
So the VW ID5 was unveiled today, as part of the announcement they showed some of the new functions that come as part of the ID software update 3.0, Including faster charging, autonomous lane change and parking and there are a more features coming in the future. Since the ID 4 and Enyaq are all based on the same platform and presumably the same underlying software will Skoda be rolling out the same updates for the Enyaq?

PCP deals
Ordered mine from lightcliffe Skoda and got £750 finance contribution and the dealer gave me £700 worth of dealer options as well, so I got the front and rear dash cam and autoglym lifeshine protection pack (I paid for it on my current car and its been not bad value as any marks on the seats they come and valet the car and reapply all the protection, no questions asked). Also got a great price for my car above what the market value is on parkers (that might have something to do with the used car market being crazy the moment) and more importantly more than I owed to VW finance.

Accessories - Has anyone used https://www.skodapartsireland.ie/ for Skoda Spares?
I was looking at www.skodapartsdirect.co.uk they are cheaper than the brochure price and look to be part of Skoda dealership. Going to order my rubber mats and boot liner from them.

Enyaq Servicing
Hi all, My Enyaq is in the process of being built (Week 44/2021) When I normally order a car I get a service plan, but I was told that there isn't one for the Enyaq. He also said that the service is every 2 years and its not a normal service, it's basically a visual inspection. Can anyone confirm this?
