  1. Makes 0 difference, unless they're used & stolen then unusable
  2. J769 & J770 do not switch sides for LHD RHD, they're always mounted on the same side. (T Roc for example) The brackets sometimes change between LHD/RHD depending on the model, due to the blind spots being in different places.
  3. Correct brackets? Correctly installed? Correct dataset? Correct brackets? Correctly installed? Correct dataset?
  4. Assuming you’ve correctly configured the infotainment system, you’ll have a menu entry to allow you increase/reduce the blind spot warning light intensity If you haven’t, you wont
  5. Install the correct radars and get the job finished
  6. Ok we can configure the module remotely for you
  7. H has SFD2.. Not straight forward/cheap to configure. H is for MQBevo. Incorrect for your vehicle, will not work. Install B.
  8. It will not work, you're wasting your time. Install B, parameterise and code to suit your vehicle. We can do this remotely if needed
  9. Installation periods for the Kamiq A B are for MQBx D E G H K are for MQBevo & MEB A & B do not have component protection
  10. Wrong radar... H is for UNECE vehicles Fit B instead
  11. 09 requires parameterisation. We can do this remotely for you
  12. As mentioned above, the gateway is CP master, not BCM CP removal is a simple task, I've no idea why your local specialist cannot do it. Seems silly to go through all the effort and give up at what should be the easiest part
  13. Why did you give up? 🤔 It’s a simple task, your local workshop just isn’t capable of it
  14. This thread is about upgrading the infotainment system, so I’m not sure why you’d want to downgrade your infotainment system but 🤷‍♂️
  15. OBDeleven is sufficient to unlock SFD1, then you're free to do what you want with other tools
  16. It isn’t just the BCM that’s protected by SFD2 (ie VWAGs implementation of the UNECE R155 R156 security measures) Many modules are protected however where there’s a will, there’s a way - just not for DIYers
  17. ACC is certainly something we can help with 😎
  18. Come to us for the exact same towbar that the dealers would fit, fitted in exactly the same way with exactly the same functionality, with the same warranty - and less headaches
  19. Always happy to be corrected, the usual aftermarket towbar installations we end up removing are small black boxes that just imitate the genuine control module.
