To provide an update... VWFS did eventually come clean and tell me they were "technical issues" in getting their CRM system to talk to their back end administration systems. Their technical gurus did eventually resolve this issue and I am now able to login to my VWFS account.

Hi again, So far from the comments in this thread it would appear that my Fuel Economy is not that far out .... but I can't say I'm happy with a 1 ltr engine producing such abysmal economy. I have noted that a couple of people have said about being able to select the "Economy" mode... I guess this must be only available on the SEL trim ... mine is the SE Drive.

Hi, I've had my Kamiq 1.0 SE Drive DSG about 8 weeks now and covered about 850 miles in that time. I mainly do small commutes of about 4 - 5 miles in each direction. Now I wasn't expecting stunning mpg on that profile, but 34mpg average ? - My 1.2 Nissan Note manual easily achieved 45mpg per week. Is there a possibility that the car needs a further period of "Breaking In" ... or could there be some technically wrong with the vehicle ? Any thoughts or advice appreciated !

Hello, Can anyone tell me if they have encountered this problem and how they were able to resolve it please ? I have a Kamiq for which I took out a PCP agreement in late April. I wanted to register my account with the Skoda FS portal and while I received the email validation link and successfully created an account - when I log in to the account it seems the system refuses to validate my details with error code CP002. I have got a lengthy email trail from VWFS customer services which doesn't amount to much. I got a bit frustrated and threatened them with the Financial Ombudsman - so now I get no replies at all ! All this would be laughable, were it not for the fact that I actually want to make a significant payment on the account. Has anybody else felt my pain ?

Does the Mirror Fold in facility depend on model type ?

Hi All, Just joined the site and was looking forward to getting my new SE Drive Kamiq DSG ( Ordered 25.02 - told a 14+ week wait period) I just assumed that the rear windows would be electric, not "Manual Regulators". So, my question is having signed the order and PCP docs .... do I have a leg to stand on if I wanted to cancel this order ? Thanks in anticipation !
