  1. Congrats! I’m with you on all points, that’s how we got our (now sold) Octavia three years ago. I wonder if I can upgrade the suspension to be more DCC-sport-like
  2. Nothing spectacular, but better than the driveway…
  3. So, it ended up being beginning of July, 7/7/23 to be specific. And, it didn’t start too well, with a 56 km extra test drive on the meter (as indicated by a note in the globe compartment) and still a faulty battery coolant pump… now replaced. I had a VRS coupe as a loaner in the mean time, so I shall not complain too much. Seats are a bit of a disappointment - I’m too tall and wide shouldered to fit them well. Colour is nice, much better than anticipated.
  4. Posting a picture of the beauty, on public request. 😊😉
  5. 14 months - May 22 to July 23 Pix when I find a good backdrop 😉
  6. It’s finally here! And of course I would’ve chosen differently today. Today I would select the adjustable suspension, the eco suite interior, and the Canton sound over sportline trim. 4wd stays tho, harsch winters around here. Will post in Enyaq owners register tomorrow
  7. I just heard from the dealer I have a production date planned for W22 - so with any luck I have a new EV by end of June. Yay!
  8. Nice. Same color and trim as the 80x I ordered in May last year. I hear the 4wd take extra time… 😬
  9. Word from the dealer that the cars he ordered October/November are now up for production this summer. Extrapolating this to my order date early may could put me up for delivery before end of 2022.
  10. Hello all, I want to know if there is a way to remove/replace the lower grill without removing the entire front bumper. The workshop who fitted auxiliary headlights/LED-ramp didn’t do a particularly impressive job. Unfortunately I think the complaints period has passed. I have a new part to be fitted - can I manage it myself youthinks?
  11. No solid estimate at all. October this year would have been the estimate before the cable harness related production stop, but now nobody seems to know. December -22? March -23?
  12. My current ride (since March 2020) Display car, fully loaded: - black pearl metallic - nav - digital instruments - acc (bliss!) - lane assist - headlight assist (sometimes not too well performing) - panoramic sunroof - light tan interior - tow bar - canton sound - 19-inch rims - standard suspension Not too happy with the ride quality, the combination of the 19-inch rims and the soft anti-roll bar is rather uninspiring...
  13. Since I have now put in the order, I guess I shall post here as well: Sportline 80X (need 4WD for countryside roads in Swedish winter) Arctic Silver Comfort Seat Basic (electric left seat, no massage) Convenience Plus (power rear hatch and keyless go) Crystal Grille Family basic (sunshades in the rear seat) Extra airbags (front center and rear side) Panoramic sunroof Foldable tow-bar Heat-pump, nav system, travel assist etc. are standard to Sportline, so not mentioned extra I was yearning for (but had to skip in order to get below incentive-limit): - Canton sound (I guess I can have a sub-woofer added if needed) - DCC (but hoping the sportline with 20-inch rims is the optimal ride compromise between handling and comfort 🙃 - HUD (Cool stuff, but hardly essential) - Velvet Red metallic (but then I would get above the (not yet decided) incentive limit (EDIT: added this line) Never even considered: - 360 view (rear cam is enough) - Climate plus (OK, maybe I considered this a little) Now, let's see if it ever gets delivered.
  14. I have an Octavia with electric seats and lumbar support, but I feel like I'm sitting in a hammock... OTOH, I am fairly tall and have a disproportionately tall upper body (short legs) and am recovering from a herniated disk from last year.
  15. 🤷‍♂️ I hear EVs are quite popular in Norway, and have been for quite a while so the national quota may be spent faster, hence longer wait. Higher demand quite simply.
