Replace lower grill without removing entire bumper?

Hello all,

I want to know if there is a way to remove/replace the lower grill without removing the entire front bumper. 
 

The workshop who fitted auxiliary headlights/LED-ramp didn’t do a particularly impressive job. Unfortunately I think the complaints period has passed. I have a new part to be fitted - can I manage it myself youthinks?
