I put 150k as a guide mark, I'm2 looking at multiple between 120 - 180k, not looking for an investment as it would be a daily correct, but up North most are molested examples with well over 150k so putting below 150k would hopefully limit the amount of bad examples out there, as for the 'no yellow' examples, well its personal preference, the yellow ones don't interest me in the slightest.

i am only looking for a VRS so would be the sprint yellow and i think you have helped me make my mind up. not for me ahaha
