Anyone know how these are fitted ? Roof Trim Cover genuine part 6Y6853140DB41

There is play in the gear linkage of my SE, and I was looking at replacing the bushes with solid aluminium ones. Has anyone replaced theirs and would recommend a manufacturer ? Thanks

In typical fashion the bumper on my SE is popping at each arch is that a sign that the bumper fixing brackets need replacing ? If so, where do people pick these up from ? It seems the available parts list from my local dealer has gotten smaller and smaller. Thanks
