  1. Ronery, Thanks for reply and apologies for delay. Part supplied to me is OEM 566827566A KIT Rear view camera for Škoda Kodiaq / Karoq / Superb 3 facelift Detail of my last communication with seller - "still I cannot get the camera module (6c) to acknowledge the install. To confirm, on the OEM lead, insert black to blue plug pin 12, clear wire fitted to blue pin 6. connect CAN high to existing wire in grey plug pin 6 and CAN low to wire in pin 6 there are no other connections for pin 1 in rear door or steady plus / earth to be made. Please confirm so I can progress to establish if wiring, camera module or coding is at fault." I have only OBD11 dongle / app, looks like VCDS required? If it is just a matter of VCDS config, if all connections I have made are correct, may you be available to assist If I came to you? Beer tickets available!
  2. Help! Really missed the reverse camera when I changed Superb to the Kodiaq! So decided to fit own camera, purchased genuine parts (loom and handle) from CZ to save money, but no fitting guide! Plenty of bits out there on the web, but loom has a series of white whites that I have no detail of where to connect, 1 in tailgate, rest in dash area. If anyone has any idea or detail of where these wires connect please advise. Think they are trigger wires but without ideas of where to connect I’m a tad stuffed!
  3. Apologies for listing this here, but I just cant seem to access marketplace to list! Up for grabs, Superb auto start / stop inverter cable, this was bought and fitted last December, but my change to a Kodiaq has now made this surplus. For item detail, see https://www.amazon.co.uk/通用-Deactivation-Interface-Disablement-2016-2021/dp/B09MVSWYB8/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1YBB7FZ50G085&keywords=Car+Auto+Start+Stop+Deactivation+Interface+Disablement+Cable%2C+for+Skoda+Superb&qid=1685441206&quartzVehicle=106-11675&replacementKeywords=car+auto+start+stop+deactivation+interface+disablement+cable%2C+for&s=automotive&sprefix=car+auto+start+stop+deactivation+interface+disablement+cable+for+skoda+superb%2Cautomotive%2C131&sr=1-1 Really is a great add-0on, so on start up auto start is disabled, but by operating the auto start button, it is then enabled. £20 including postage, any ?'s please ask. And if you know how to do the same on a 2018 Kodiaq I'm keen to know! ODB11 just allows enable / disable. Richard.
  4. Knowledge please! With my Superb, using ODB11, couldn't invert the "on" condition of the auto start / stop. So found an invertor cable online that worked a treat, started up with auto-start off, yet could enable by using the car switch to turn on if needed. Now, after changing to the Kodiaq, I find myself in a similar situation! ODB lets me change facility to "off", but then no switch control to turn it on again if required! Looking at the cable option again, it seems as tho the Superb is not listed in the same cable as the Kodiaq etc. Can I use the cable for the Superb on the Kodiaq? Or do I risk all sorts of errors / damage? Is it compatible? Any help appreciated,
  5. After having the Superb for 12 months, loved the car and the way it performed, BUT............. Not getting younger did find it a tad awkward getting in / out not being the agile person that I used to be! Test drove a Kodak,as had a Freelander before the Superb! OMG, I was in heaven! So bought a 2018 SE Technology, missing some bells and whistles the Superb had me used to, but felt happy! Then numerous breakdowns / faults on running or starting, but all located to a faulty Relay, 645, on l/h side of engine bay fusebox, cheap fix! Now well happy, two good runs without any issues, so comfy driving position and being back to "high up" is grand! Westfaila detachable towbar ordered the hopefully set up for quality holidays!

  7. Sorted! Yes, the relay was again the cause! Labelled as 645 in engine fuse box! £23 fix by the dealer, starts with no issues and zero can bus errors! Got me pleasure back again! 👍
  8. 66k miles, 2018 Se techniology, 2.0 150 tai, 7 speed dog. ‘It’s a lovely vehicle to drive, but OBB showing ‘databus missing message’ in almost all CU”s and kills engine after about 10 minutes running! https://1drv.ms/t/s!Aor5U0x05vofgu98TO7j3mAXGIFTUQ this should be link to orb11 scan
  9. The selling dealer came to my house really good of him, and it started first time! Then reset all 72 errors on the OBD, car was fine, test drive threw up no issues. BUT - then offered to pick up a friend, about 20 miles, car died, OBD showing the same volume and errors as seen yesterday! Managed to park safe, 10 mins it started again! Collected friend, wouldn't start again! 10 minutes, started again! Drove to dealers with 7 vehicle dying / start incidents, each time first warning was "gearbox fault", but got it to him so now waiting on getting it into a VAG service point to try and sort it! Lost confidence - should have tried an XC60 / 90 or a Q5! Time will tell!
  10. Any joy with this? Bought a 2018 kodiaq yesterday, was fine on all test drives and 20 mile drive home yesterday, this morning same faults as described above, tried jump start, both keys but all the same, loads of errors and not cranking
  11. no sun roof, cant see any tracking stains so have a feeling it might be just when it's moving
  12. 1 - changing Glow Plug 4, OBD 11 came up with cct fault, new NGK heater arriving today so when off shift that's No. 1 job, any known trip hazards? 2 - Coolant pump C stuck, OBD 11 again, see the threads detailing check for connector corrosion / wire breaks, but any idea of a part number as looking at eurocarparts / GSF can't seem to accurately find this electrical pump C! 3 - Estate - water in the spare wheel well - thought I'd sussed it after having the tow bar fitted and using silicon sealant around the cable grommit, but still getting water collecting! Did check with a hose pipe around the door seals but nowt seen, any thoughts on ingress points? TIA Snowy
  13. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09MVSWYB8?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Finally got round to fitting an auto start / stop invert cable, so easy to fit and works a treat! The ability to turn it back on is quality! Cheaper on fleabay but thought would get better support thru' Amazon! Lets hope it lasts!
  14. DTE Pedal Box, fitted, configured and well happy! Difference is amazing as is the the control option available, lucky second hand purchase! 👍 Waiting on delivery of a Race Chips RS tuning chip from fleabay, bit of a bargain so hoping for the same result! 🤞
  15. Please ignore above! Just googled it and all videos are there for fitting and configuration! Blonde moment!
