  1. The Skoda app seems quite useful to me.I am just using it two days now, but it gives a lot of information about the car such as the current mileage, service intervals, various driving data, vehicle health report and the most important, it shows the parking position where the car is left(you can even flash the side lights and horn it via the app when the car is parked). You can read the surrounding temperature as well via the car temperature sensor in the app.I am sure lots of more options are in there.
  2. Hello Ajdolin, the best outside protection you can get is installing a paint protection film on the most vulnerable panels such as the front bonnet, the front bumper and both front wings. Based on your location you should find guys, which can install it. I will be doing exactly the same thing when I get my car. Tired of stone chips at the front end...😑 Here is an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTu-NgBdBhI
  3. Hi GrumpyOldGit, I had a read at the thread before posting, but still, my question is if I can find mud flaps longer than the OEM ones. They just seem to be very short and not providing enough protection from road debris, especially during the winter season when most of the roads are covered with sand(stone chips) and salt, at least in Bulgaria 😞 As a comparison, I had genuine mud flaps installed on my previous Focus MK 3.5 and they seemed to do a decent job, but the front ones were twice longer than those provided for Octavia 4...
  4. Hello folks! Has any of you tried to fit non OEM mud flaps to Octavia 4? It seems the genuine moulded ones are too short and they will not prevent the crap going onto the car. Especially the front ones. I will appreciate any pictures as well.
