  1. Just got it checked last week, they had another IV, it did the same. They told me it is normal behaviour.
  2. @mangio85 I would install the steering wheel and code adterwards. You would get fault codes if you did the coding first.
  3. @Sque4ler If u dont have heated steering wheel, it wont work even if you bought a new steering wheel with heat button, only the travel assist will work. Because you have to change the whole slip ring and module. But Its is actually very easy. I have what you have. take the steering wheel off, screw in the new one. (remember to disconnect 12V battery of course) Put back airbag etc. Connect the 12V battery. The steering wheel need coding afterwards. Thats it. if u have the tools, it is very easy.
  4. @Sque4ler Mine does exactly as the video. No problem with the turning. But i would say that, if youre mostly in highway and doing long trips it is worth the money, but if its just for the feature, forget it.
  5. It works now, I changed LDW_HCA_0x19_msg_bus to can_fas and LDW_HCA_0x19 to Activated.
  6. Hi I know that this topic have been discussed before, but i couldnt find an answer. I have mk4 IV phev. It came with Acc and lane assist. I bought the RS steering wheel and when the mechanic changed the steering wheel, there wasnt any place to put the HE cable into in the slip ring. Does that mean i cant activate Travel assist on my car or is that cable only for the heat function? Thanks in advance
  7. Hi there, Im going to add to this topic: I have mk4 IV phev. It came with Acc and lane assist. I bought the RS steering wheel and when the mechanic changed the steering wheel, there wasnt any place to put the heated cable into in the slip ring. Does that mean i cant activate Travel assist on my car? Thanks in advance.
  8. Quite interesting. I think i will order the front and rear bumper right away. Then i have almost a Vrs
  9. Hi, I was wondering what the main difference between the iv and iv vrs are. I have been reading; the plugin version of Vrs has the same electric and ice motors as the normal iv, Just a software in difference. So if you change the front and back bumper for the non Vrs model, it would technically be a vrs? (Without the caliper and seats)
