I took delivery of my Octy on friday afternoon. Closer inspection showed small rust spots on the paint, especially on the rear. Treated surfaces with Autoglym Magma iron remover, and I must admit that I was more than slightly annoyed when the spots started to bleed. Anyway the Magma did the job and I got rid of the crud..

Mine is at 1900, even though the car was manufactured on 14.06.2023. I thought that it would have come with the latest revision..

I had similar issue in a 2015 Touran 1.6 TDI w. DSG box. The culprit was dual mass flywheel, but if your gbox has been recently replaced one would think they would have checked that too. But I would first check if something like heat shield plate is loose..

Hello, As I´m thinking of installing an active subwoofer into my yet to be delivered Octy, I came upon following question: Do these new infotainment systems have a "head unit" with ISO type connections for power and speaker outputs, so that I could take high level signal for the sub using an adapter cable set? I´ve tried to Google but found nothing so far. Cheers, Mika
