Hi. I wouldnt change my gears according to the indicator, I jus sometimes forget what gear am I in and it would be nice to be able to check it on the instrument cluster.

Hello everyone. I have a skoda fabia mk2 with a 1.2 thp 75hp. My friend of mine has a simular one with the less powerful engine but his instruments are showing him the ideal and current gear. I have a vcds cable that I got from a family member and it is original and a wanted to code the gear shift indicator into my car too, but I couldnt find any way to do it. Any suggestions or ideas?
