  1. I had the same issue as the previous authors and contacted my local dealer as per Skoda UK Customer care. They didn’t have an appointment for at least 3 weeks so I then phoned Skoda UK back. I got my car back in at the supplying dealer (90 miles away) within 2 days and they ‘fixed’ the faults temporarily. I am still waiting on a software fix after 3 months. I did raise a formal complaint with Skoda Customer Care and was able to negotiate a set of nets for the car. But a wee bit disappointed with Skoda for the fault in the first place. I only had run the car for a couple of hundred miles when the dashboard lit up like a Christmas Tree!!
