    My local dealer said my 66 Rapid required a firmware update. Cost £99 , still no. TMC

    Did get a reply from Skoda auto support saying that they have received numerous emails re this issue. Said they would pass onto relevant department which means they will do nothing. My local Skoda dealers RRG and Lookers are hiding behind their phones.

    Finally had a reply from "Skoda auto" they are aware of the issue and will reply. At least they have admitted the issue, unlike RRG and Lookers

    I believe Connect is the new system. It may be that the older system is now obsolete . Hoping someone can help?

    I have a 2016 Rapid with the same problem, TMC stopped working about 1 month ago. Main dealer updated the firmware as it was the original , charged £99. TMC still has the red line through. Any suggestions?
