My android phone keeps showing it up in status even though I've hit the forget...lol

Hi all, Apologies in advance if this has been covered somewhere in the forum I recently took ownership of my first Skoda Mk2 VRS and really enjoying it thus far! The one quipe I currently have with the car is that I have 2 bluetooth visible (one from the aftermarket RCD330 and another from the what I believe is the original OEM)...I'm keen to disable or remove the OEM bluetooth but can't figure out how to do this, I can't seem to disable it on the car's dashboard or find out where the OEM module is located (checked both under the driver and passenger seats with no luck). Any help/advice is much appreciated!
