Worn seat bolster fabia monte carlo
Hi, note sure if there’s any learned advice to be had but just in case. Have a fabia Monte Carlo 2017, it’s a great car esp as estate BUT drivers seat bolster (red leading edge section) has a developing wear hole…..aside from a seat cover (most look rubbish) any repair suggestions or material matches to be sourced?. I am avoiding extreme of a replacement breakers yard seat. Cheers

LED interior flicker when off?
Having followed some helpful advice on how to get the damn thing out I have swapped out interior lights to C5W LED version they are much brighter BUT when I lock doors and the dim out they remain very dimly light (flickering) I suspect this is a residual current the leds respond to? Anyone have any experience with this ? Would hate to get a slow drain/flat battery issue or worse…..thanks for any views

Greenscore
I must agree wrt understanding how it calculates figures, it not going to hugely influence driving but would be fun once you know how it calculates to see what can be achieved, until I get bored to the tailback behind becomes all issue!,,,

Interesting read especially as having recently brought a fabia and live just north of heysham, this was going to be my Skoda garage, may now look towards cars lie or independent, have you found a better garage?

Hello from a proud Fabia owner.
New to Skoda ownership with a 1.2 TSI 2017 and really pleased with it, interested to know about above fault, is there anything to indicate deterioration ahead of failure ? Cheers

1.2 TSI 90 hp cam belt change…
Just brought above engined Fabia mk 3 (delighted with it) as a second family car, so light use expected (6-8k yr). Car 2017 year currently with very low mileage 12k (driving history intermittent routine journeys not a daily driver) with no cam belt change to date. Plan is to keep car a long time hence asking about cam belts, on this forum there is a range of views from 5/6 years or 60 k, others indicate this is a uk only guidance figure with other counties being far higher. Just looking for anything a bit more aligned/ authoritative. Any feedback appreciated.
