  1. Hmm, I'm not entirely sure it's them. But I’ll definitely double-check. It sounds more like the noise is coming from somewhere between the front passenger door and the driver’s door, roughly at ear level. I noticed yesterday that when I made quick left turns, the sound appeared. For a while, I thought it might be the door seals being dry, but lubricating them didn’t make any difference.

  3. Hi everyone, I’m dealing with a really annoying issue and could use some help. There’s a crawling or rustling sound coming from the left side of me when I’m in the driver’s seat, around ear level. I’m having trouble pinpointing the exact source, but it seems like it might be coming from either the driver’s side door, the passenger door, or somewhere in between. The sound often happens when the car is shaking a bit – like on bumpy roads or uneven surfaces – which makes it even harder to track down. Has anyone experienced something similar and managed to fix it? I’ll try to upload a sound recording soon to give a better idea of the noise. https://limewire.com/d/WjGVN#6xgqpMOZLi Thanks in advance!
  4. Yes, everything looks fine there.
  5. So, it's time to make a new effort to try to activate travel assist. I still believe that I have a capacitive steering wheel. Yesterday, when I tried to code everything, it almost went smoothly. I got some errors while coding. I have marked every step. Do you have any ideas why I wasn't able to code the Adaptation? I will show you guys from the list: CU13/Long Coding/Capacitive Steering Wheel ENABLED OK CU13/Long Coding/Travel Assist ACTIVATED OK CU19/Adaptation/Specified Inst. of Sub-bus Users/Control Module for Steering Wheel Touch Recognition YES SOMETHING WENT WRONG CU44/Long Coding/Lane Assistance ACTIVE OK CU5F/Adaptation/Vehicle Function List BAP/LDW_HCA_0x19_msg_bus DATABUS EXTENDED SOMETHING WENT WRONG CUA5/Long Coding/HC Warn Intensity SETTING OVER MENU OK CUA5/Long Coding/Klr CODED OK CUA5/Long Coding/Hc Variante 1 OK CUA5/Long Coding/Point of Intervention EARLY OK
  6. I have a feature in my Skoda Octavia 2021 (I don't know what it's called) where, for example, if there's a roundabout ahead, the car automatically slows down. Similarly, if the upcoming road has a lower speed limit, it adjusts the speed accordingly. Is it possible to code through OBD11 so that the speed is also regulated when I have the ACC activated? *I notice that in my car specs I have PACC.
  7. I made a check with my OBDeleven, seems that I don’t have capacitive steering wheel 😞
  8. Really? Do you have travel assist or adaptive lane assist installed? I had adaptive, and I was really impressed. On country roads, it smoothly and steadily handled turns of about 60-80 degrees. My friend has a Volvo V90, and I wasn't particularly impressed with their system. It didn't handle curves as well.
  9. I am genuinely happy for you! I will also try coding soon. I temporarily removed adaptive lane assist because the car is going in for a warranty issue. Was that all the coding you did for the steering wheel?
  10. "I apologize for my confusion, it was getting late. it should have been from 20% to 99%. I'll upload a picture of the receipt that provides more details (it's in Swedish, but should be easy to understand).
  11. "t was a public parking area with a 22 kW AC charging station. The temperature tonight is 15 degrees Celsius. Yes, absolutely, trying to drive together would have been the optimal solution. However, we don't have the opportunity for such a test. Both cars are from the 2021 model year; my car, on the other hand, has been driven less than his. Something doesn't seem right; I'm going to take it to the dealership and have them check the battery.
  12. A quick update. I checked with a friend of mine who also has an Octavia. We charged our cars simultaneously from 0% to 99%. Both cars received a message that charging would take 3.4 hours. My car reached 99% one hour earlier and received a total of 11 kW with an estimated range of 50 km. My friend charged for exactly one hour longer and received a full 13 kW with an estimated range of 66 km.
  13. Thank you for the tip! I’ll try a full charge and see what it actually gives me in real life range. But what bothered me was that in the infotainment system, it always showed an electric range of over 63 km, and lately, it’s been giving me exactly 50 km in the calculation. I also got fixated on the fact that the charger always stops at 11 kW during a full charge.
  14. Okay, I understand your arguments. However, I’ve owned the car for about a month. The first few times I charged the car, I reached between 63 and 65 km in capacity
  15. Hello, I wanted to check with you if you have any advice. I own a Skoda Octavia IV 2021. Lately, I've noticed that I only get up to 50km of range on my battery, and it charges to exactly 11 kWh, showing 99% when I start the car. Weather conditions are good, with an outdoor temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius. It should provide me with 13 kWh and a range of approximately 65 km, right? I charge the car at different stations, mostly 22 kW, but also 11 kW (if that makes any difference?).
