  1. They replaced the heat exchanger on mine. They didn't say what this caused. Just that's the part that had the issue. I told not to drive the car with the warning on by the AA and that if it came back on to be towed.
  2. It's not something that Skoda have said is common. But from this thread it feels it. The tank for the hybrid cooling goes low and the system throws up an error messaging saying cooking issue. If the sealed hybrid tank is low go straight to the dealer. If empty phone for your road side recovery.
  3. I think the heater matrix was where my issue was found. So maybe where the fault is with yours.
  4. When it happened to me they had my car in that day. Phone head office and say this is unacceptable. If they did a courtesy car that would be different.
  5. Was it your main engine coolant or your hybrid coolant?
  6. There is a fuse list in the manual. I think it said charging fuse don't touch. But that reset his. They probably just did this to mine.
  7. Dealer fixed mine. But I saw someone on one of the Facebook groups just took a fuse out which reset it. I can't say to do that as I believe the manual says to not touch that fuse. But it worked from them.
  8. I had the same problem with my charger. I plugged it in, white light would go out. Then there would be no further lights. Skoda just reset it and it was fixed, i did speak to someone else and he said he pulled Fuse 3 and replaced it and it fixed his. I am not sure if we should pull fuse 3 though, it says dealer only in the manual. Liam
  9. did you work out how to replace it? someone broke mine off last night. Trying to work out how you get to the screws etc.
  10. I got the call today from Skoda to say an item had failed, I will have to find out what part. But not going to have my car for in total a week because of a manufacturing defect. Ive had the car for a month and now I'm worried.
  11. I think the second click is meant for when you want to go between drive and reverse so you don't click it twice.
  12. How did you guys get on? Only had my car a month and the hybrid coolant went low. AA took me straight to Skoda.
