Thought as much, just had the drain hole in the wing blocked by leaves and you can see water marks up on the bulkhead. Passenger footwell carpet wet so I suspect it's come in through the gaping hole 🤨

Hi, can anyone with a MK3 confirm if the cabin filter inlet on the MK3 has a grille over it or is just a rectangular hole in the bulkhead (under the bonnet obviously)? Thanks in advance.

Tried electrical cleaner on the indicator assembly and it seems to work again (for now)

It does appear to be the stalk. When the left indicator stays on, if you are 'forceful' switching between left and right indication it eventually cancels. The car has the combined indicator/wiper assembly. Is this easy to change or a dealer/mechanic job?

Would appreciate that thanks. Do you think it could be a possible stalk issue rather than BCM? Was wondering if contacts possibly faulty in the stalk itself. I guess with stalk in middle position an input would still be present at the BCM resulting in indicators remaining on?

Hi Breezy_Pete, thanks for the reply. Firstly where is the BCM located? And no the car doesn't have cruise control, only speed limiter.

Hi, daughter just contacted me. Driving home, when she indicates left the indicator on the dash and outside the car do not turn off when the stalk returns to the middle position. When she presses the hazard warning light while the indicators are flashing left, the hazard lights seem to be overridden by the left indicator. Anyone had a similar issue? Was thinking maybe a stalk problem or indicator relay unless these are replaced nowadays by BCM module or similar? Car is 2018 Fabia Redline.
