yes but is has never worked until randomly to yesterday since 2022. Today nothing! I could do it without ACC being active by taking my foot of the accelerator but never automatically with ACC on. Any suggestions?

Just revisiting this thread. Randomly the other day, I put the car in ECO mode and the coasting feature was working while using ACC while commuting to work. First time ever! Has not done it since then, so clearly has the feature. Is there something else I need to look at?

Dealer managed to sort it with a firmware update.

Is the dealer the only person that can access and install these updates? Or can independents who can update the cars like VW retrofit do this?

Hi all, Has anyone been able to resolve the sync setting in the climate control to remember the setting? Can this be done via OBD11? or Long codes? TIA

UPDATE Got my car back after 2 months with Skoda. The found other issues and were awaiting parts and authorisations etc. Firmware updated on lights and software updates galore + a full recalibration courtesy of the local VW. Took it out for a spin last night and it was glorious. Not a single flash and the lights were so amazing.

@SteveTheElderYes it seems so. I assumed this might be dealt with by coding via VCDS or ODB11. The dealers just about know what fuel goes into the car. It is very hit and miss but I will try.

Hi Folks, I drove a 22 plate Octavia SEL DSG recently and while using ACC it would initiate coasting automatically. Can I enable this on my mine, 2020 SEL FE DSG? It will only coast when ACC is not being used. My other question is about ACC in the same car you can active the ACC at any speed I tried it at 8mph. In mine the minimum speed is 20mph. How can I change this? TIA

This is the one I have. It is linked to Garmin Mini 2 which works flawlessly.

After a very long winded saga with it is still not resolved. January booking did not happen and went in February, but they said it required a software update. It is going in to Marshall in Letchworth on Wednesday so I will talk to them about completing recalibrations as well as the software update. @JamesK thanks for the link. Feeling confident they will solve it.

If its is a case of reflections, then clearly the system would have been tested for it to detect signs. It is booked in with Skoda on 1st January so will see what they come up with. Cheers

Hi Folks, I recently got my SEL first edition 2 weeks ago. I attempted the use the AFL function. I am constantly getting flashed and its is really distracting as the dots of lights keep dancing like a disco on and off around the road.. The function is not smooth like my previous car albeit AFL Xenon. It is booking into Skoda in Milton Keynes, but I was wondering if there were any settings which might need to be changed ect. TIA
