  1. Solving this issue was quite frustrating and time consuming so I'm posting solution if it would help someone. My Octavia's (2007) rear left door has been partially dead since I bought the car. All bus controlled operations (central locking, power window remote control) didn't work. Fault code was Address 09: Cent. Elect. Labels:. 3C0-937-049-23-H.lbl 01333 - Door Control Module; Rear Left (J388) 004 - No Signal/Communication So I ordered a used rear left door control unit J388, but changing that didn't help at all. After that I measured a LIN-wire (purple/yellow) from front left door control unit to rear left door control unit and it was OK. Finally I figured out the reason for this issue: The previous owner had changed left FRONT door control unit and it was originally from three door car, maybe from VW Golf. The front control unit was coded without "Rear door installed" bit. I had to log in to "42: Door Elect, Driver" with VCDS and change the coding. Now rear door bus operations are working fine and the fault code in 09: Central electrics is gone.
  2. I wrote my previous post from my house and now I'm at garage and I found 06F906036G under my display 😄 (yes, you read correctly) 06F906036G is the original injector code for BWA engine. The one I have in my hand now is dated 06-09-21 (2006-09-21). My car is 2007 2.0 RS and I swapped this injector 1,5 years ago to new one. New injector part code (I bought new from Skoda) was 06F906036A. So yes, they are interchangeable.
  3. 06F906036A is valid part number for injector to BWA engine (used in 2.0 TFSI RS). Official Skoda sparepart catalog (ETKA) does not recognize 06F906036G number at all.
  4. My Octavia 2007 had faulty HVAC unit 1Z0907044J. So I bought newer unit 1Z0907044AC. After the swap I noticed 1 of 6 HVAC servomotors doesn't rotate. Then I found Skoda TPI 2020543 which states that models from 2008 onwards have only 5 servomotors instead of 6 and my new HVAC unit 044AC is intended for 5 servomotor setups. Luckily 044AC can be adaptated to make it work with 6 servos, instructions are in that TPI. Skoda's official TPI instructions are for a VAS tester. I don't have a VAS, but I have (official/legal) latest VCDS. Unfortunately "Adaptation" menu is grayed out in 08-Auto HVAC. Does anybody know HVAC security access code / login code for Mk2 Octavia? I'm hoping valid code gives access to the Adaptation-menu, but I'm not sure if it works that way...
