  1. It turned out there was water getting in to where the plug goes, it was running off the windscreen when it rained I dried it out and all the lights went off been running fine and no lights since I stopped the water getting in. I forgot to update post at the time.
  2. I Had an advisory today Nearside Front Macpherson strut pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement on my skoda fabia 2003 just wondering if anyone knows around how much this might cost to be fixed thanks.
  3. Abs and hanbreak light has come on again the fault code is 01200 ABS Valves Supply Voltage I have checked fusses they are all OK I think it may be electrical fault as I had a different abs module fitted and it had the same code the original one is back in the car anyone have any ideas? Thankyou.
  4. So today the abs and handbreak light came on it's been fine for the last week. I took the dogs for a walk for a couple hours came back to car and lights are off again, if anyone has any suggestions it would be awesome as this car is just about getting on my last nerve 🙃 thanks 🙂
  5. Probably but there was a constant flow of break fluid draining into it as it took a good while to fit it as the bolts where a pain to line up so it didn't thread. I think maybe I got lucky.
  6. I didn't let it drain out completely. if they do start to feel weird I will take it to a garage.
  7. No i didnt. Breaks feel better than they have ever felt before not spongy and I stop properly.
  8. Bled the breaks went down the road abs went off all lights are off now. Things I have done if it helps anyone who had same code changed fusses bought a new battery bled the breaks. Thankyou for your help. I am so pleased she's running great and breaks feel much better.
  9. Update bled the breaks, the back ones were 7ml sprayed them cleaned and bled started the car took it for a drive and abs went off. I am over the moon she is finally now not lit up like a Christmas tree 🤣 thankyou everybody who helped.
  10. I may redo mine if I ever get the abs light sorted I love my little car but over a grand for a new pump is ridiculous 🙃.
  11. Thankyou. I put my old abs pump back on tonight it was not fun trying not to cross thread those bolts there were a few swears being thrown at it 😆 I'm hoping the breaks don't break me when I try to bleed tomorrow 🙃
  12. Ok thanks. Would be great if it was a simple fix. I got a second hand one that worked for about 10 days that one didn't come up with the same error though. I was told after that they're ment to be programed to the car and numbers have to match it's probably why is malfunctioned. So I put the original one back on tonight.
  13. I will do that then thanks 🙂
  14. I will do thanks going to bleed tomorrow.
  15. Wondering if anyone has any ideas. I have a skoda fabia 2003. The abs light is on I have this code 00301 abs return flow pump (v39) has anyone had this before? and might have a solution or has the pump gone? I have checked fusses and it's not wiring. I did read about dry solder joints but not sure if that is relevant here. Would it be worth taking it apart and resoldering it?
