  1. It's been a while, but here I am - I got an annoying lane-assist/SOS error loop again. "Fortunately," I was just a few kilometers away from the dealer, so they could read the errors immediately (at this point, I have the latest software installed). I don't believe that they (Škoda) will fix anything, and it looks like it's the current "standard" to sell cars with crappy software. (not blaming Škoda, but VAG in general). Only good thing is that it's been almost half year since last dealer visit 😁
  2. Personally, I've experienced it only a few times when backing up, even though the speed was very low. I believe it’s always been long grass that triggers the sensors, because in my parking spot it never does that—even though I park less than 20 cm from the wall (corner, two walls). But what I hate the most is that the collision detection is too sensitive. None of the other cars I’ve owned beeped that much (referring to Octavias) 😁
  3. Just a quick update from me. After the car's software update from the dealer, I no longer had issues with 5+ errors appearing on the dashboard. However... A few times, the car got stuck in an error loop—'Emergency Assist not available (SOS),' followed by 'Lane Assist not available.' The errors would clear out after 30-60 seconds but then reappear again, continuing for the entire trip. (as mentioned in post above - my case is not related to camera condensation issues, I reported this case with video to delear) Also a few times 360* camera connection was not available (front camera not available and side cameras not available).. so.. even though I enjoy this car.. these bugs are quite annoying :) IMHO - software is still quite shi**y. :) and there is nothing we can do.
  4. Update from me.. so everything was going fine after the software update until today... On the first trip a bunch of assistant errors appeared (all related to the camera as usual, the trip was quite short, like 7mins). On the next trip (30mins after first) the car got stuck in an error loop: Emergency assist not available => Lane assist not available => everything fine (rinse & repeat every fckng minute car just beeps, so annoying). This continued for the whole trip until the nearest gas station where I just re-connected fuse 22 (as in the middle of the road I stopped to restart the car and it didn't help) and then error was gone. I’m just disappointed..
  5. Hi! I did exactly same and I can confirm that my version numbers match yours 100%. I also compared HMI versions before/after update - everything there also matches 100% before/after update. I'm not super familiar of internal car software, but I would assume there is much more beyond what's exposed to user.
  6. Hey! My car was updated today (dealer contacted me two weeks ago and let me know that they will receive update on 2nd December and will do update on DEMO cars before "trying" it on customer cars). I will post update if I encounter issue again (or anything else).
  7. Hello from Latvia! I also bought a Škoda Superb L&K 2.0TSI 4x4 (delivered in May 2024). Everything was fine until October 2024 (I drove around 5000 km at that point). I got 7 warnings related to the front camera for assistance systems and after a few days also a low 12V battery warning popped up. I gave the car back to the dealer for checkup - same story - need to wait for a software update, no one knows when it will happen. One week after the checkup I got the same errors again.. I manually re-connected fuse 22 and everything "started to work again". The Electrician at Škoda dealer also told me to regularly charge the 12V battery (I usually do short trips so kind'a makes sense..) so I listened to him and charged it a few times... and.. magic.. I haven't encountered this issue again. Of course this is complete nonsense "solution" from Škoda, but at least I can enjoy my car.. as besides these problems - I still love it!
