  1. Hello all, I recently got a gearbox service done and ever since my clutch is overheating. I drive for an hour, stop, start the car, put the gear into D and it all blinks. The car cools down and then it drives normal again. Before the gearbox service, the gear changes were a bit jerky, but after the gearbox service, the changes are smooth but clutch over heats. I am not sure what’s going on. Someone suggested an adaptation produced use needs to be. My mechanic thinks he has done it but not sure. Do you think there are posssible problems with gearbox/ mechs tropics as a result of the work? Do you have any ideas? A has anyone experienced this. I own a superb 2010
  2. Sorry, I got a mechanic to do it but I am sure there are videos available on how to do this.
  3. Hi, my mechanic said the same thing about my Skoda superb, but just adjusted the main beams and passed the MOT. He charged me extra 10 pounds. Maybe worth asking a garage if they can adjust the main beams.
  4. Hey, I am very late to this but I recently encountered this issue. It might be to do with the part in the below below. I recently chnaged timing belt, cam sensor, crankshaft sensor but it was to do with part mentioned in the below link
  5. Hello all, Last year I got a clutch replacement done, but the ‘D’ stared blinking couple of time. When I stopped and started the car, it’s gone. Now I don’t have issues. I took the car to the garage, they found clutch codes but didn’t tell me what the code was. They reset it and asked me to drive to see if it appears again. Has anyone faced problem? I meant to go to London but not sure if zi should stuff? Is it still safe to drive? thanks,
