How are things lads, i've a PPD170 BMN MK2, she's been freshly mapped, dpf off, egr, swirl flaps, power, limiter. She previously had a file on her i wasn't happy with. Car has a 3K soft limiter at idle but not rolling, i was thinking it was the map but flashing it and remapping it didn't get rid of it, i don't think these came with soft limiters and the previous owner said it didn't do it when he first got it but apparently he was messing around with it/ he also got it mapped but it shouldnt be that as it was flashed..? Is there some sort of ecu protection setting or something? I'm genuinely stumped. DPF is gutted and mapped out TCS off doesn't affect it

Hi guys, i’ve got a PFL MK2 RS and it has this quite neat roof spoiler on it, i’ve a few friends with octavias wondering where it’s from but i don’t know. The previous owner said it might be called ‘Replica RS plus’ but i can’t find anything with that name. I’ve also been told they’re very hard to find, let me know what you guys think. Nothing like it on Kopacek/Superskoda, or from a general google search.

Hi all, been trying to wrestle in heated leathers from a pre facelift superb into my facelift one. The back ones went in fine but the front passenger so far has been a pain. The stud won’t line up with the holes on the body of the car. Does anyone have any idea what i’m doing wrong? Do i need to wire up the seat to adjust it first?

Hey guys, this is a big reach but i’m wondering if the towing hitch from a MK1 Superb would fit onto a MK5 Jetta as i need a way to tow the superb home?

Hi all, potentially converting my cold cloth seats to heated leathers from another mk1. I assume there is space in the fusebox even If my car didn’t come with it but if i get all the hard ware like loom, wiring and buttons would i be alright? Also, will it have to be coded in with software, and if so what is that software. Finally, where on earth do people put the buttons because i can’t figure it out. Cheers.

Bit of a bother this has been, on my door bowden cable, the hook on the inside of the door (latch side) snapped off. Bought a replacement, took off plastic doorcard, took out a few bolts from the metal side, hit a roadblock. No idea how i’m supposed to get it off, and also my window has stopped working so i definitely need to get the metal sheet on the inside off of the door. Any help greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Hopefully not. I got canbus bulbs for that reason. I’ll try pull out those old bulbs and see if i can get h3 in

i have h3s as well, does the bulb just come out and i stick in the h3?

Hi lads, so i bought leds (h7 and h3) for my fogs, dippeds, and full beams. My dipped beams plugged right in perfectly. But my fogs and full beams seem to be different, 1 prong, wired in. Could i just strip the wire back and wrap it around the two prongs or do i need to get a different kind of bulb. Lad in the bulb shop said something about it being a UK import, so it may be different. Any advice?
