  1. @SiWaiting I just used Car Scanner Pro (free version) with an OBD2 scan tool and the 'ECU identifiers' option from the menu screen. @JamesK It wasn't a Skoda dealer, or approved dealer, and it's now out of warranty. More of an annoyance at the moment but will look to get the firmware updated at some point.
  2. I have a 1.0TSI SE Technology Estate registered Nov 2020, purchased second hand March 2025. I had, and still have, SOS pop pop issues despite the dealer renewing both the SOS module and OCU module within the warranty period. I am also unable to login as a primary user, just get the 'Sorry, unable to load your settings' message. Apart from that, love the car! My responses: Online Manual Instructions Followed for Enabling OTA: Yes OTA Update shown on Skoda-auto / General Information Page: No Hardware Version: H56 Device part number: 5E3035816H Current Infotainment version: 1985 - these have been done manually using info and files from this site. Car was on 1896 when purchased. OTA Updates currently being received for: Infotainment: No Maps: No, done manually from the Skoda update portal. Apps: Yes, last one received Monday for the Offers app. OCU module part number 5WA035284A software version 0067.
