Not sure if this is the place but looking to swap my Octavia vRS MK3 2014 , 99,600 miles will go up as daily car for work, Had timing belt and water pump done at 72k miles, Recently had rear and front discs and pads, X2 drop links also have 4 new glow plugs tonne fitted and a fuel filter also have ordered X2 ball joints as I'm very particular with parts on my car. Issue apparently solved was a split line to the fuel filter now been replaced seems to have sorted it

Fixed AFS error was this part on front left green arm was solid didn't move

Hey update fixed my AFS bending light error and another code went to do with low voltage I'll show the part I change on my drive This part front left sensors green arm was solid seized

I was told if it starts in cold weather without issues then won't be glow plugs I'll have to get a multimeter out on them

Hi, so thought I'd ask the forum this when I go to work at 6am in the morning my car starts fine no issues even when cold I then drive 6 miles to work and leave it there till 4pm when I leave work and try start it it cranks over few times then starts and kicks out smoke , then drives and starts ok after that , then drive 6 miles home and leave over night till 6am an no starting issue only when I seem to leave work

I have a launch x431 pro elite and that doesn't show any DTC other then low pressure , headlight range control and low voltage I think

Not sure what's causing the odd struggle start up he said starter motor was fine , possibly glow plugs ?

Morning, just been to Halfords and had battery tested it's at 63% kicking out 400 amps and battery says should kick out 600 and something amps maybe this is what's causing my odd start up when it's left in the sun

Yeah will do thank you , in the meantime the leveling arm I have doesnt come with the metal arm that connects the top of the green lever , I'm wondering if mine will be on to reuse as I'm not sure what I'm to look for when reusing the arm that connects to the top end of the green lever
