Thought I post here to do a bit of a sanity check that I wasn't the only one. We were experiencing all the well known infotainment problems for the second time since buying the 72 plate in 2023. Called the local Skoda dealership and they said they'd run a electrical diagnostic and thought it had fixed the problems like the previous time we'd taken the car in, which was under a year ago. But unfortunately despite being updated to version 1985 I experienced dreaded random restarts on the way home. I called again, book the car in for another check but not feeling too confident they'll be able to correct the problems as no one seems to know how to fix it or that there is a problem at all. Anyone else having issues even after the update to 1985?
