I've used a Stanley knife to carefully cut off the pins completely: the result needs to be a flat surface on the connector. Be careful not to cut in your own hands. Cut off small pieces each time, take your time.

And it only applies to the hybrid motorized car (1.4 iV) versions!

Is there enough fuel? Or tank almost empty?

I'm not a sound specialist but seeing all iV models with Canton have this issue... Just try it.

@spacelord thank you for the time you have taken to share the cause & fix of this major issue with us! Wasn't impressed with the sound system since I bought the car (1-2 months ago), but this has solved it completely! Also thanks for the equalizer settings. I was slightly hesitant to change the connector because the car still has warranty, but I can confirm it works on my 2021 Superb iV (German car originally). I really enjoy the sound now, you've made my day!
