Red window button on passenger side.
Hi. Recently, I was cleaning the window operating module on the driver's side and after cleaning I noticed the passenger side window operating button is glowing red. All other buttons are green. Is it normal? Also, the window glass is working fine from the passenger side but only goes down from drivers side. While before cleaning the driver's side window glass was not working automatic but manual. Now driver's side is working fine but passenger side has problem. I am thinking to change the master switch but before that I want to listen to your opinions.

About to buy Skoda Fabia 1.0 MPI SE 2019 36,000 miles - what should I check?
@Sipas Welcome aboard!!! Please check the Engine and transmission thoroughly. If these two are good, your will have a peace of mind. Other things are secondary. I recommend a compression test and head gasket leak test. Check all the sensors through VCDS. Check for leaks in coolant and A/C systems. Paintwork is also important but to me its secondary. Also, you can check alignment of body (rarely done by anyone). Also I recommend following after buying the car: 1. Change all the oils (including transmission oil) 2. Change all the filters (including fuel filter) 3. Flush coolant 4. Recharge A/C gas (if necessary) 5. Get your wheel bolts torqued correctly (for smoother ride). 6. Get you car a detailed wash. I would also recommend changing spark plugs and coils with the originals (if not done already). @nta also gave a good suggestion about battery. If its dying, please change.

Help on Acceleration problems
Hi @Goodman Did you solve the problem? I think it could be clogged throttle body or faulty pedal sensor. You should also check timing chain again sometimes it is not fitted properly by inexperienced garage.

Starting and idle problem
Sorry to hear that. Have to tried cleaning injectors and fuel lines (along with fuel filter)? German cars are sensitive to fuel quality. Check your fuel tank maybe it is dirty. Empty your fuel tank and refill with good quality fuel. Another way is to check fuel pressure just before intake manifold. Turbo can also be a problem.

I am excited to hear the changes in the performance of your car. How is it running? Did you see any change in engine noise? What are you rpms at idle? Any change in fuel efficiency?

Driver door doesn't lock on the fob
You can try here EBAY Talk with the seller first for right item. Or buy a new actuator (for long term).

Driver door doesn't lock on the fob
This is a chronic problem in VAG group cars. It is the motor in the door lock actuator. If you can do by yourself, just try changing the motor in the lock. Otherwise, change the whole lock. I will suggest you to service the hinges also if you remove the door trim.

Hi. You can also try cleaning throttle body. Did you clean both the lambda sensors? Try compression test.

Stuck in limp mode..
Whenever you clean or change the throttle body, you have to perform adaptation through VCDS. Its easy you can find on internet. According to me you should also check your catalytic converter. It may be clogged. But my first culprit is bad fuel or low fuel pressure. Try to remove the pre-cat O₂ sensor to create an exhaust leak. If it drives fine, you find the problem.

Stuck in limp mode..
Check fuel pressure at fuel injector rail and also at the fuel filter. If possible, also perform a compression test and head gasket leak test. Did you check the spark plugs and coils before changing? Maybe they were ok. If you cleaned the throttle body, did you do the adaptation?
