Hi all, First post here - go easy, eh The volume roller on my '20 Karoq (assume the same across models) cracked, however mine went like a broken Hula-Hoop rather than just a piece coming out - it is as if the roller itself in hollow, rather than having a plastic inner, as the pics above show. Are there any recommended sources of replacements. We'd only had the car a a few months (bought from Lookers Skoda, Stockport) but they / Skoda weren't in the slightest bit interested in replacing it Cheers G
