hi i have got a pioneer set up in mind it cost about 600 pound in total i changed the front door speakers a pair of 8 inch 3 ways on the rear shelf 360 watts each 720 watt amp you dont need a sub there is loads of bass in them they am the speakers with the kevlar cones in yellow not sure what the part numbers are but they am very good and i have got a good pioneer head unit to match the front tweeters am up to the job any way

i second that if its broken fix it , sure you could get a garage to fit one with in a few hour s or a diy mechanic could do it as it not a hard job i did all 4 of mine in just over 2 hours , it aint worth putting yourself and family at risk ?

i have just had to change mine as it started to cause me problems my car started revving high on tick over and it cause it to run with a miss fire so i replaced the lot its a bit of a fiddley job to do tho

think i would try changing the bosch dv valve with a known good one or a nice forge item

i got fed up of trying to keep my white carpet clean so i have dyed mine with some black fabric dye from asda cost me about 4 quid a lot cheaper than buying a new and the breakers wanted 50 quid for a second hand one and its really easy to do only to 24 hours in total , i started by removing the bottom half of all my door seals then remove the plastic seat belt and sill covers and remove all the mat holding screws then the drivers foot rest , then i took out the bottom half of my rear seats easy to remove then take out the two front seats remove the plasticfrom the runner rails then the two 13 mm nuts hold them in at the front of the seat and unplug the wire on the drivers one once they am out remove the center console from arond the hand brake once thats out you can remove the white carpet , once its out i hoovered it off and washed out the bad soiled areas then its ready to dye it and i used a large wheelie bin to put it in fill it up about 3 parts the way up with warm water i used the hose on the mixer tap then pour the packet of dye into the water and use a broom stale to mix it up about 2 mins is enough then i folded the carpet in four a put it in left it about 6 hours and turn it around stir it every hour or so after it had been in for 12 hours i took it out of the water and rinse it with the hose then used the wet and dry hoover to get the most of the water out then left it to dry for a hour then refited and it looks great i will see if i can get so pics done

hi i am looking for a set of lcr front brakes but my pads am very low and would like to fit ds2500 pads but can find anyone that sells them , does any one know where i can get some from please

hi can any one tell me where in the uk stock either the gt2x or the gtrs garrett eliminator turbos as a direct swap for my ko3s on my octy vrs and how much they am cheers

as they have all said i wouldnt use em it aint like there aint plenty of others to choose from

hi i have just been reading through some old posts and there is a company in america that makes a pipe so you can use your ko3s down pipe with the k04 turbo can any one tell me if any one in the uk do one please

vrs all the way thats why i have got 2 now just drive one and you will see and have not noticed any mpg diffrence at all since my re map just a lot better drive

hi i am after some one to do a re map on my car it has got one on it now but i want a one off job just for my car not just a re flash , my car is running the k04 conversion s3 maf ,injectors , twin sm intercoolers , who is the best to map it please i aint fussed where they am just want a good job done my car is a 52 plate octy vrs

hi can some one tell me if the wiring is in the octi vrs or not for the s3 electric front chairs i know they will fit in but not sure about the wiring for them cheers

can any one tell me what down pipe from the turbo is used when the k04 conversion is done is it a one off custom made job or do any oem parts fit or do any tuning companys sell them cheers:thumbup:

i must say i am sorry about the mix up i just payed the garage , told them what sort of bhp i wanted i didnt know they had fitted a 2nd hand ko4 as i say i am very sorry and i am just outside of birmingham

hope you lot like eating your words because i will bring it to one of your meets and show you i got nothing to hide this might be a good site one day if you lot would help people out rather than take the **** , just hope you know how to say sorry when i turn up
