Hello!

Now you tell me! Got some oil off you 2 days ago! Oh well, luck of the draw i guess!
-
no worries, glad to help!
-
a bit like this perhaps?
(if i can work out how to post a pic...)

Mine did this once about 6 months ago, but as Mannyo said it started working all by itself after a while and hasn't done it since!

Ouch! Hope she hurt her foot!
Better luck with the new ride!

Another big lover here, best car i've owned to date! Still gives me a grin every time i drive it!

Cheers for all the info folks. Love looking at the cars in this section that have been done, still a tad worried it wouldn't be worth it for me (although i understand a bit better what it will do for the car!). Worried i'll need to get the million different products that get mentioned in these threads, or is a simple small amount of kit needed. Baker21 you mention you do a 'kit' - what is in this (PM me if you prefer not to give away your trade secrets!!!)

Quick question for all you detailers out there...
Say i go to the expense of having my car properly detailed by someone, how long does it last? Is it going to be all a waste of time and money the first time i need to wash it to clean off some bird t*rd and remove all the lovely shine? Would love to have mine done (no doubt would have to keep the cost a secret from swmbo!) but fear it not being good value for money - what with these days of uncertain economic global stability and all that!
Ta!

Micra?

have to say i like all of it except the mint green background colour, oh and the fact the the difference between Read and Unread threads needs to be more (as other people have mentioned). A step in the right direction.

It was good to meet everyone the other night, enjoyed it! Big cheers to smstext for organising it plus sorting me out with the VAG-com! I would be up for a saturday afternoon/evening meet in the future - minimoox could come - i know he'll enjoy it!

hello!
-
for those of us who haven't been to this pub/meet before where in the pub shall everyone be congregating? Paul - you going to wear a red carnation and carry a copy of The Times so we know who you are??

Has anyone done this on a Race Blue vRS? Would love to see a pic of how it looks!
-
they had one like that (the starsky and hutch effort) at the oxford dealers that i looked at, looked bad 'in the flesh'. it was on sale for a good while so no one else seemed taken with it!

Need to get some velcro for mine as indeed i tried putting my navman in there. it was just thin enough to be there when closed too, however meant the flap didn't open so haven't tried again.
Anyone know where I can get velcro strips or circles from?
somewhere like Hobbycraft will do the velcro - not sure if there is one your way!
-
good work Tom, it seems you are doing everything to your vRS that intend to do (swmbo permitting!) so keeping tracks of your works in progress and looking forward to reports on the outcomes - ie how wide the grin becomes!
-
hello! you'll find out everything you need to know on here - and not just about skodas!
-
any idea if and when the small silver stickers will be back in the store?
cheers!
