Who made the 1.9 diesel engine in my 1997 r felicia? havent got any pics but wondered if it was the same as the vw engine or if it was still skoda engines at that age, thanks darren

thanks guys! i have a cnc at my work that i only cut plastic with so if i can get the old one out i'll make a new one outta shock resistant abs, you guys truely are THE most helpful forum eva! lol

i'd do them gold, it looks like phosphate coating which is factory and yet flash! tidy! unless they're 8pot calipers then bright as you can buy!

hey folks what kind of speed do you think the old 1.9 diesel can do top end? I’m not condoning speeding in any way just wondering what you've had yours up to, obviously i know you'll all have been on a track at the time of your top speed and with a helmet and proper saftey gear, that goes without saying
i've had the old girl read 93 but i think the speedo is massively out lol altho you could prove me wrong,

ps correct myself tho, just found the lever for the boot but no joy, can hear the cable move things but no opening

yeah i'm no bothered bout the 2 keys idea but how do i get it open when its stuck shut? i don't have a lever at ma drivers side in ma felicia

How do i fix a non opening boot the key goes in and turns but nothing happens, any quick fix's or ideas on what to do? thanks darren

mine is the same as stu, key in or out the stereo is on, annoying if you forget to put it off!

the apexi one is the proven best bhp on turbo cars as it does not get so much heat soak as the others, darren

thanks guys , v.quick replys and very help full, its just a old felicia diesel no that bothered about ride, i got a 200sx that runs on coilovers full camber and caster top mounts, with stiffer anti roll bars, and alloy bushes, hard is nothin till u sit in that! lol, but just want to put a big-ish set of wheels and lower the old felicia to make it a tad more respectable, if you can that make it respectable that is lol,

hey there whats the most common size of alloy wheels people put on their felicia? i fancy lowering it, wither that ends up cutting the coils or getting springs i'm not sure but what other car makes of wheels fit the felicia, i think early polo, mr2 golf and 4 stud vauxhall might fit but would like some advise thanks darren

na the key is a no go but this yanker can deal with the lever at the seat! lol
