i was thinking bout doing this 2 but i want to colour code my door strips first!!! then i was going to put the badges on the door stripes i will put pic up when im done. got the badges of ebay

so its just the normal mfd not mfd 1 or 2 that i need? that mean i have to put the antenna sum were? is it staraight fitmeant or does it need a cage

just woundering is there a thread or a post on changing the bulbs in the octavia from green to the vw blue and red?? is there a how 2 or has anyone preformed this many thanxs ian

bit of a dilema ive seen some of your cars on here and they have blue samco hoses!! well what i want is the samco hoses in green if poss were can i get these any1 no? and also anyone no the part numbers for the strut braces of the s3? and do you order them from audi? and last cause i cant get it right were do i get the armrest from for the front seats!! is it a mk4 or 5 golf gti? and are they leather thanxs ian

just wanted to no if anyone had done this and does it make any difference to the way it pulls with the turbo???? and does it help with cooling betta as sumtimes once the cars warmed up in 4th or 5th gear you cant really feel the turbo pull just woundered can you adjust the boost preesure or make it more aggressive or it there any leaks i should no bout on the mk1 vrs octavias thancs ian

If it's possible, then it will be very expensive and pointless. The only realistic option is to buy a set of D2S bulbs and an after market kit to run them. Just remember that you won't have self leveling so strictly speaking they wont be road legal. HIDS4U might be able to help you out. its finding a set of ds2 bulbs that are aftermarket thats the problem?? i have the headlamps sitting in my room and im dying to fit them just cant find a kit to fit it, they will be self leveling as the motor of the old headlamps fit the new ones so i can still adjust them, but they wont adjust themselfs as the load sensors wont be fitted!!! and the headlamp washers aint a problem as i am very fussy and always keep the car clean anyone got any advice on were to get these bulbs as looking at the headlamps the look big and round and i cant see how they fix in:confused: is this them (hope the link works) VWvortex Forums: FS: OEM HID / Xenon DS2 Bulbs (Osram Xenarc 66040) would i be able to get any out of a vw golf or passat?? or even an audi???

Hi havent been a member long and havent had to post anything till now!! i noticed that the hid discharge headlights are only on the wrc version!! well i noticed a set on ebay and have won them bear in mind these are just the headlights that house the discharge kit no bulbs or anything!!!! what i wanted to no is what bulb is the xeon bulb as skoda want £120 each and im goin to need 2:eek: and then i will need the control box to power them up and thats anouther £112 each:eek: i thought it would be a good idea to xeon on these with the proper headlamps but for that price for the rest of it it's mad:eek::eek::eek: can anyone help me is there anouther kit that fits the skoda ones off a vw or summin, and when i change them how do i seperate the high beam and low beam thanxs ian:thumbup:

hello again just woundering as iam havin trouble finding out what were extras on the octavia one? couple cars ive seen had bose speakers and i cant find them anywere!! were these an optional extra or have they come from anouther car that shares the same stuff as the octavia inc audi,vw,seat. does anyone no? and some of the octavia 1s ive seen had sat nav was that an extra 2.or these summin you have to fit yourself thanxs ian

hello just woundering if the mk2 octavia steering wheel will fit a mk1 as i like the look of them compared to the mk1 steering wheel. the mk2 looks the same just has a smaller badge and a silver bit with the v thats on the seats. any ideas any1??? thanxs ian:)

hi every1 very very excited as i pick my octavia vrs up this weekend!! its an 04 plate and has covered 26000 miles and is a lovely black colour!! have test drove it just cant wait for it to be mine my names ian and i go buy the name ninjavrs as i also have a bike kawasaki ninja hence the name just a big hello and cant wait to meet some of you and your motors.
