-
Yea TBH I imagine Ally will do you a good deal and if your gonna go inde then unit18's the best place for it

If you are happy and confident to drive your car after working on it yourself then thats the best peace of mind you can get. If you take it to a dealers who have a couple of brands there how do you know the retard who is Kia trained and has never touched a Skoda before hasnt done your work? There is the same human error if it goes in a garage or not, and you are more likely to take whatever time and care it needs to be perfect at home than some tech in a garage who is working to an effeciency rating whos pay at the end of the month depends on getting things done as quick as possible to hit their targets.

My woofatron sits perfectly fine in the footwell of my Fabia. Depends how muddy your dogs get if you really need the boot space?
Welcome anyway! Hope you find the info you are looking for here

Humm, I dont know much about remapping - my other half will say better. But I'd say go somewhere that will write the code as you want it rather than "one size fits all" mapping. Can recommend Motech who work alongside Unit18.
You arent too far way in Brum - trying to get some meets going again at a place just off J9 of the M5 if you fancy it

Hi there, welcome along. Good switch to make!
My car handles like a go-kart! Yea standard was perfectly fine... but nowhere near as fun . I live out in the sticks so she gounds out, bumps rattles and clatters down farm tracks and country lanes but I love her and wouldnt have it any other way

Driving them is the best part of it!!! Welcome
-
Its true - The Toureg and Tiguan are boring as **** , The Ford Kuga is probably the best looking SUV in the Yeti class though , even the new KIA Sportage is nicer than the Vws.
I'd buy a Kuga We had a Sportage while we had all that snow as Lummox's place are also a Kia dealer so he borrowed one ... but I wouldnt have a Sportage out of principle after we also borrowed a Rio. Since driving that I will never ever buy a Kia!

That is the soppyest dog in the world ever! He sleeps in between me and lummox usually... spoilt brat!!!
-
Totally depends on the owner, if you give the impression you know completely what you are taking about then its not a problem.
I live with Lummox.... my car is majorly DIY'd, I'd say mine is more likely to be in good shape because hes done it than a dealers as he constantly diagnoses things as hes driving
-
Yea that sounds like the stuff
-
By the way... dont stick things back on with silicone!!!!!! Now THAT is an arse to get back off again, I used nail varnish remover and petrol to get the blasted stuff off.
-
do you think it would macho up my Lhasapoo?
-
Sounds like a good move to me! Welcome
-
I absolutely agree!
Let us be eternally grateful that Tata have Land Rover to supply that part of the market.
Mark
See THAT I would buy... but I am female and its a bit more girly
