PastyBoy's post in EGR Delete Top Pipe was marked as the answer
This thread here (which is basically how to make a DIY version of the Allard one above) says to use this pipe
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261075860874?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
which looks about right and is a much more sensible price

PastyBoy's post in A question for the seat experts,,,,,,,,, was marked as the answer
Could be airbags.
I had a similar cable on my Recaros and got excited about them being heated only to be disappointed.

PastyBoy's post in Seat bases and backs. was marked as the answer
The metal bits? nope none at all
my recaros started life as set of grey and beige out of a classic
and the Octavia half leathers started life as the same design in grey on grey
and both those resulted in exactly the same movement as the standard VRS seats
forward & back from the level at the front, height adjust on the side lever for the driver only
Dependent on your reasons though and assuming it's not a condition thing you just swap the entire back rest rather than having to move the foam and covers...

PastyBoy's post in Interior swap out, what do you recommend? Golf mk4? was marked as the answer
no score
my Recaro interior came out of a Golf and is deffo not a straight swap
Only door cards which are going to plug and play will be a Fabia.
Even ones from the same floor pan cars (Polo/Ibiza) have different shaped door trims
.
The seats however will plug and play from either of those - a mk4 Ibiza or a 9n or 9n3 Polo
Fronts will just bolt straight in as replacements.
Rears may be a slightly different shape but will have the same fixing points so again will bolt straight in.
That said I've done both Golf Recaro and Octavia half leather conversions and assuming you're prepared to take your beige seats appart (not like they'd fetch much if you sold them anyways) it isn't a massive amount of work
have a read of my thread here
http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/261694-golf-mk4-recaro-interior-now-fitted-to-fabia-vrs/
and Sam's thread here
http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/275327-another-recaro-project-thread/?hl=%2Brecaro#entry3498927
both contain loads of pictures and are pretty indepth.
Process will be exactly the same for any Golf/Octavia Interior not just the Recaro ones
