  1. I have a 66 plate 150bhp SEL TDI and can confirm it is pre AdBlue
  2. It means a bird has pooped on your car 😆 Hopefully someone will be along with a proper answer for you soon!
  3. Have actioned the above and it is......brilliant (or even superb) ! Thanks
  4. Doesn't look like it has helped him much - he still managed to get in the wrong side
  5. That doesn't look half bad - the issue is, only one of your headlights work
  6. Had a Quartz Grey MK III for about 18 months - really is a lovely colour - best option in the silver/grey spectrum in my opinion. Under certain lights it can have a slightly green/blue hue which adds to the attractiveness. Would happily have had another Quartz when I changed company, but ended up choosing Candy White for a change. Looks really good when clean, which is for about 5 minutes. Quartz Grey all the way !
  7. Hi, Real world 65 plate 190 SEL hatch: Long term figure for last 1200 miles was 52.3 mpg - mainly motorway and A roads including a drive back from central France best ever on a 25 mile journey was just shy of 70mpg - but that was testing to see how frugal I could be - and it was doing my head in realistically you could expect late 40's to mid 50's on general day to day Hope this is of help
  8. Glad to say you guys and the car didn't let me down - all passed with flying colours. Boot closed electronically onto the poles and stayed in position throughout a 10 mile journey at approx 40 - 50mph.
  9. Thanks - given me more food for thought! Not going to let the poles anywhere close to the windscreen - probably just lie them flat on top of both the front and rear arm rests. Soft cloths/towels definitely advisable to protect interior.
  10. Thanks - may have to give it a test/dummy run and see how I get on (it's a hatch rather than an estate)
  11. Hi, I'm looking to pick up a couple of wooden poles, each about 3.5m in length. These will go through the rear armrest opening, but will still be too long to fit in the car and close the boot. How easy is it to close the electronic boot with something sticking out the back of it? Will it close, can it be tied down etc.... Any advice?
  12. Definitely over at least 68 litres
  13. Cracking looking car. Looks like they got a bit overzealous and took most of your number plate too
  14. Had same on my car and it was fixed it under warranty. They even did the passenger side as well at the same time, just in case it also came away at a later date. They did a good job and there has been no further issue.
  15. I've tried spending too much time working this out - unsuccessfully.
