  1. Yeti tows superbly but is not heavy enough to tow very heavy vans - mine is 1350 KG Max.
  2. Thanks Graham for clarification My comment was very misleading The 13 pin I now have is brilliant and my comment about preferring 7 pin relates to the considerable aggravation I had when dealers 4 years ago had no idea about 13 pin. Things have improved - mostly
  3. Jones workshop in Manchester sorted out my improperly installed hardware for a 13 pin socket and then coded. It has worked perfectly for the last four years. Good to see that they are still doing a grand job. The best advice I can give is to fit a 7pin socket - not 13 !!
  4. Now have 13 pin connection after 4 years of an adaptor. Its much easier to keep dry and feels more "connected"
  5. After several random bongs I have just replaced battery (4 1/2 yrs old) as weather will soon get colder - no more random bongs PS Should have also said signs of battery not turning over engine robustly even with good charge level.
  6. PF Jones sorted mine out after difficulties elsewhere.
  7. Worth repeating that the appearance of discs is not in itself a factor in determining pass or fail.
  8. Presumably that explains why I have heard nothing from my servicing dealer re my now 4 year old 140
  9. Almost the same with mine about a year ago. Sorted very quickly be dealer. As wakev says something to do with the slider.
  10. It may work well 90% of the time if the DPF is approaching "full" but will not cure a faulty sensor. Afterthought - It may be easier to clean DPF than to check sensor
  11. The caps are kept fixed by a large circular clip inside which on mine needed to be eased off using a small screwdriver before pushing cap out.
  12. The same DPF story told 20 times is not 20 DPF failures. Being honest with yourself about your actual useage is the key. If in doubt get petrol.
  13. Before getting winter tyres I purchasd a pair of sno socks. Take them with the van for grass/mud but have not had to use them yet.
