You can also remove the Chrome surround when its on the car without taking the whole thing off, there are tabs inside the grill, I just pushed these through carefully and then pulled the Chrome surround off
Ive done mine in Carbon Fibre wrap
P.S Good job on the grill 2SkodaFamily

found some mouldings now (non original)..are they easy to replace ? Im a bit "heavy handed" and dont want to mark my beloved motor
Apparently you have to be gentle as they break easily, Im looking into this as well. A friend suggested taking a heat gun to them as it restores the blackness in them.

Thanks again for all the comments
I like that alot, Looks nice Lummox if I was going for the full on rally look that would have to be a definite
VRSbilly- Thanks bud, I believe its Anthracite (I call it Gunmetal Grey ), not 100% sure though as they were refurbed and painted that colour before I brought the car.

Come on lads, no point in saying you got em without putting up some pics aswell.....
Still waiting for mine but they have to come further :p

Like the Tow bit - font looks good. For the full effect you'd need to take the plastic cover off though, oh - and also have the towing eye permanently attached :p
Thanks Wardy, I did think about painting the Tow eye at the back black, but it doesn't unscrew or anything so I wont bother

Thanks for the comments
Think I might take it off the filler cap, not too sure about it either.
giandougl- Yep it comes in sheets with sticky back, just cut to size and apply using a hair dryer or heat gun to help fold about bends etc, took me a while to do it, there are couple of slight creases though :S. I got it from E-bay for £28 60x120cm was plenty This.
And Chris had it a year and hasnt let me down...yet touchwood :p. I thought it looked cool
